Edwards was just trying to take news of the 41% win over Obama in WV away from Hillary. He's a jerk. The delegates he won won't automatically go to
Obama, they can make up their own minds.

McCain has been going his own way his entire career, this isn't a change in an attempt to garner votes. Obama will not deviate one inch from the liberal
line, but McCain isn't a pure conservative.

They're actually pretty similar as candidates (stiff, aloof yuppies running on biography instead of issues). Except Kerry had more political experience.
