To summarize:
I have improved the level of civil discourse in this country by giving everybody the option of shooting one person during their lifetime with no questions asked.

I have brought all our troops home but made it clear to the leaders of every country in the world that if an attack against us originates from within their borders, we will take them (the leaders) out. We will then leave. Whoever takes over will be responsible for the next attack. It's called delegating.

I have eliminated high speed police chases by arming one traffic helicopter in each major city as a gunship with orders to blow away anyone running from the police.

I will embark on a massive technology effort to develop "horizontal drilling" to suck the oil out from beneath other countries. Apparently, this idea has already been explored on "The Simpsons" but went nowhere. I will make it a linchpin of my administration.

I have solved the problem of illegal immigration by actually punishing people who get caught here illegally. It's basic economics. You make the cost of getting caught bad enough that it's not worth the risk.

I have lowered the cost of healthcare by eliminating insurance for everything except catastrophic illness.

There may have been some other things but I can't think of them right now.
