Why do I feel the need to remind everyone that I predicted a Monica win from round one. I will give you the winner after the first round.

Proof...again...I repeat...We need to share Evan this season.
I'm going to assume this "Zen" character is the guy we see with the crazy hair. Pheonix's entry is sooo fucking stupid...Wings and all. I would love just to do Vertigo and the new Wall...I know I wouldn't win, but it would still be fun to try. That Eliminator is HARSH...and yeah, the first two females sucked. Enjoy being knocked out right quick by some of the future people. Also, the knocks, falls and bumps this season are awesome. Also, the male Gladiators are kinda hot in their spandex...that's just the way it is. |

And I think it would be nice to share Rocket with E Moch, Proof, dear...he's got enough to go around. But that's it. I'll make you both "approved Rocket stalker" cards. Did anyone else notice that the announced grand prize was just $100,000 and the SUV? No mention of the "chance to be a Gladiator"...I think both Monica and Evan will work out. Monica fits right in, and Evan will be fine for the Wall and he can also man the assault cannon and do Sky Track...other Gladiators have their "specialty" events for sure. Frenchie's in Rent moment for me...why did I not know that Toa is Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's cousin??? |

I'm not sure how you missed that one, Ralphie. It was definitely posted multiple times here back in the beginning. Maybe you blocked it out due to some
sort of trauma?
I too was a Monica supporter. I knew she'd beat Shanay. She seems like she'll do just fine. I'm sure Rocket will be quick as fuck on Skytrack. |

Ralph Wiggum for President wrote: Ralphie sold me out! I can easily see Evan/Rocket doing the Wall (obvious since he has done it already), Sky Track, Vertigo, Hit and Run, Rocket Ball, and Assault. He could even get away with Hang Tough (sure he lacks the weight but his quickness is a bonus), Powerball (as evidenced by Stealth), and Atlasphere. At first I was thinking only the Wall but Evan definitely seems more versatile than I thought... I just hope he's more versatile in other ways as well... ::swoons::

being a real Ralph that kind of looks like Sawyer. I take those avatars way to literally !!!!!!!!

I watched yesterday in a drunken state so I'm going to watch it again this weekend. NBC should have the episodes online already (or soon). I feel confident in my predictions this season! I'm usually 98.45% correct in my predictions for such shows so I guess this was one of those fluke 1.55%
times that I slightly below perfect... although one can argue that Shanay techically DID win. |

Proof, can you accurately predict that Militant Psycho Mom gets mauled to death by a rabid mountain lion and can't continue on? Please?
And Joey, Josh Holloway has been near the top of my (laminated) freebie list for some time now. Funny for me, it stays more stable the closer to 30 I get...eek. |

If you look closely in the quick preview reel they showed of this upcoming season you would have noticed that they've FINALLY found a way to correctly use
Hellga...
TUG-A-WAR! there's two new events that basically revolve around the idea of tug-a-war. One where the Gladiator and the contender are on different platforms and are basically just trying to pull the other into the water, and the other new event is where the Gladiator is trying to prevent their designated contender from reaching a button at the end of a lane by pulling on a rope attached to them. It would be a shame to go against the 3478434733466666666666 lbs Hellga in any of these events. All she would need to do is plant her fat ass down and start pulling.

Well..fuck a duck b/c this is not good. I knew that DWTS was competition and that AG wasn't going to soar but these ratings are pitiful especially w/ all
the promotion for the new season. Once DWTS ends next week I am not even sure if the numbers will rise much since the premiere ones are so so so bad.
"Dancing with the Stars" dominated the 8 p.m. hour with an 11.5/18. "Bones," 5.9/9, put FOX in second. CBS finished third with "The Big Bang Theory," 5.0/8, and "How I Met Your Mother," 5.5/9. The premiere of "American Gladiators" managed only a 2.9/5 for NBC. The CW's "Gossip Girl" brought up the rear. From Zap2it |

The return of NBC's American Gladiators scored minimal interest, with a mere 4.92 million viewers (#4) and a 1.9/ 5 among adults 18-49 (#4) from 8-10 p.m |
