I mean, I don't get why you didn't align yourself with Parvati and Amanda immediately. You've said here that such an alliance "wasn't in the cards." But whose fault was that?

Did you regard Amanda and Parvati as being too frivolous. Were you thinking you had little in common with them because neither could match your curriculum vitae? What was the cause of the apparent initial animosity among you?

I don't think I miscalculated anything those first few days except Fairplay's desire to be in the game and Cirie's closeness with me and Ami. At that point in the game I did not feel that I could have been in an alliance with the couples. Ami and I did discuss it, though. I wasn't going anywhere (to another alliance) without Ami so it could have been the showmancers and me and Ami, but they liked her better than they liked me so that meant that I was at best, sixth place which was not acceptable to me. I felt I was in a core final 4 alliance (with Ami, Jonathan, and Yau) and Ami and I had made a final 3 alliance (with Cirie). I thought I had done well those first few days.

I had difficulty connecting with Parvati and Amanda early on because they were cliquey and exclusive. They talked a LOT about Los Angeles so I had difficulty participating in their conversations and I have a tough time caring about if the manager at the bar one of them cocktail waitresses at dates the other one's former roommate. They talked about spa treatments and microdermabrasion and I couldn't relate.

Are you really doing that while Amanda's crying or it's just the magic of editing because you really made me laugh.

I was rolling my eyes when Amanda said everything she had done at tribal council had been genuine because what you didn't see was that she was in fake t.ears for most of the tribal council during which she blindsided Alexis. Amanda was all teary and doe eyed, saying "I know I'm going home guys and I'm just *sniff sniff* really *blink blink* really sad about it." It was a TOTAL act so for her to sit there and say she had been genuine at all the tribal councils was complete crap and everyone knew it. Hence the eyeroll.
