On 3.28.08 blood was drawn from me to test my Iron levels and it was low even though I am taking Iron.
I got my blood drawn last night 5.12.08 and got the test results this morning.
So it looks like it is going down. When I was admitted into a hospital for low Iron I was a 6, so at least I am in the doubles. The doctor at the hospital I was admitted in said that 4 or 5 is death, so I got to try and keep in the doubles. |

No, I eat meat and love it. lol
When I was admitted they thought that maybe I could be bleeding from the inside or something. They went to do the scope and couldn't get it to go down my neck and so they didn't figure out if I was bleeding from the inside and so they arnt sure why my Iron got so low. I had Iron problems when I was little, where it got a little low and just had to take this nasty Iron liquid medication that I remember gaging from, it was so yucky. Then when I got older I didn't have an Iron problem, but now I seem to again... except it's not just a little low, it's really low. |

um.. noe. spinich is one of the best sources of iron. jes sayin. :D |

I don't have a thyroid problem. I have no thyroid. lol And yes I've been taking the medication.
My mom used to go "take your Iron or eat four bowls of spinich". I couldn't eat that much, so that left me with no choice but to take my Iron. |
