If the Cookie isn't TCO, then I don't know what to think about that cover. He looks great.

Perfect ages for the Wii. I actually thought my son was too old--my brother's 3 girls love it but the oldest is 9--but I guess they have new games that
appeal to boys. At this point? There is not a lot they don't have, but I make them pay for things they want off birthday/Christmas. They have to bank half,
the rest they can save up for toys. Oh look, it's after midnight. Happy Birthday, Will! Double digits! (Now that I think of it, of anyone else wanted to
post a "Happy 10th Birthday, Will!" I could show him in the am and he would get a huge kick out of it.)

Happy 10th Birthday Will!!
P.S. The Cookie cocktail actually sounds kind of gross. Jager is licorice-flavored. Nasty stuff (you either love it or hate it, in my experience). But put that with razzmatazz (raspberry), pineapple, and cranberry juices? Blech. Guess I shouldn't knock it 'til I try it, but since I'm allergic to pineapple, I'll have to take someone else's word for it. Thanks for the TV Guide article! Monday night Cook <3! |

Thanks, Wench! Will is going to love reading that. Jager is licorice flavored? Like Sambuca? Hmmm. Guess it's worth a try on finals night if Cook makes it.
Especially if it looks pretty in a martini glass.

I think they all look good on the TV guide cover. |

Happy 10th, Will!
I found another TV Guide cover from season 5:
This one follows the pattern, though:
Been listening to some studio versions and as pretty as Cookie is now, his voice is even better. |

Happy Birthday to your son, Dagny. He's not too old... my BIL who is 30 just bought himself a Wii. :) And we had a blast playing it!
Thanks for the TV guide pics and article! He looks HOT as usual! |

I'm more than likely using the hillbilly TiVo (VCR) tonight because the kid has practice. I'm just hoping I make it home in time for Hell's Kitchen. (And to vote a bit) I really like the TV Guide interview. It just proves to me again that he's "people".
Happy Birthday dagny's son! |

A Wii but no Tivo? That's not right! That's not right at all.

Hey! I have a Wii, a PS3, an Xbox, a PS2, and every other incarnation of Nintendo back to the 8bit. No TiVo. Games is expensive and time consuming, yo.
My parents play the Wii when they come over. Topical Cook <3! |

But dag's a busy mom on the go. She needs a Tivo (or DVR) desperately. I got mine for Mother's Day two years ago. Now we have two. And now I have to go
put on one of the saved Sesame Streets for my 3 yo. Brilliant, I tell you! Dag, you neeeeed one! Are you going to miss the show tonight?

I agree. I would be a complete bitch if we didn't have a DVR. (I tend to be a little bit controlling with the TV remote) My husband & I get
along much better now. This way I can wait till he falls asleep on the couch, and then watch whatever I want.

Happy 10th Birthday Will!
Wii's are fun for all ages imo. I'm 19 and my sister is turning 17 and our family got one for Christmas last year. Our whole extended family loves to play this thing. Our cousins have one too so whenever we have get together at either house everyone has fun with it. |

I'll make it home--just barely. All of our hillbilly tivo's are broken except one. Did you know you cannot buy just a vcr in the stores? They are all
vcr/dvd combos. But we have tons of dvd players. Yes--my birthday this summer I am asking for a tivo and a roomba (sp?) thing that vacuums all day. The big
dog, golden ret, is killing me with his shedding. Never again. Go David Cook!

My kid's practice is at 6:30, so I'll at least miss the beginning if I don't tape it. It's getting harder to find blank tapes, too. The last
one I found and bought was at Aldi. I'll probably be forced to get a DVR if the VCR gives up the ghost because I will NOT miss my NASCAR (even if it's
a shitty race and I FF through it).
I'm waiting on the producers' choice. Fingers crossed it doesn't suck. |

Just adding to the Cook loving. I'm feeling optimistic right now. But don't want to jinx him.
Happy birthday to Will. My daughter's 11th b'day is on 5/15 :) I've got 3 Taureans in my house. Can't wait to see what Cook is going to sing for a 3rd song. I actually had got my mind wrapped around American Woman & thought he would do a good job with it. Cook FTW |
