There have been guys who weren't very good at challenges and women who were and vice versa in both cases. There have been really good strategizers, and people who had a lot of help with strategizing from someone who finished second, or third or fourth. Simply being good at challenges is ONE way to get to the end, but not the only way. This season has NOT been a failure; how can you think that?

The show is a joke under the current system, the key to winning is be a loser and bond with losers, and outnumber and vote off the best players, so when you get to the merge, YOU are the better player. Even the Jury was full of weaklings and dopes.

I answer: Well why the hell would that strong person be outnumbered by losers in the first place? They obviously know jack shit about making an alliance/making strategic moves and putting themselves in a stable position.

So if I'm understanding you correctly, you made this topic because you're pissed about weak players like Chet making it far in the game, yet you then say that the players that are weak are the ones who are voted off. Just like in the show right now. If you can't strategize or if you suck at challenges, then you get voted out. All you've done is make it so that strategy takes a backseat to challenges and the game screws over any players who might not be physically strong or maybe they're bad at a particular type of challenge. Because, again, the way the game is set up (team first, individual later), the losers outnumber the better players and vote them off using the team-shield for their own protection. Watch the show much? That end result is weaklings in the finals. My solution solves this, any of the 4 options. Also better is to reverse the game and do individual immunity first, THEN teams.

No, dumbest, not "just like in the show right now", because, again, the show right now is team-first, then merge, which allows losers to hang around, protected by the team, and using their numbers to vote out better players, because everyone knows the teams will eventually dissolve. The result? Weaklings in the finals, like this season, and the one before that, and the one before that, and yes, dumbest, the one before that, etc.
