I'm obsessed.
All of Meg Cabot's adult stuff (her teen stuff is good also) is fantastic. Read the rest of Kinsella's stuff, it's also fantastic. You can't forget Bridget Jones. Send me a PM when you need more authors. I can keep you in books for years. I read about three books a week. |

You should start watching more TV to fix that. |

Briget Jone's diary (or was it princess diary? i forget which one of those) i surprising found blah (i was expecting to love it).
Kinsella <3 <3 <3 ... i did read some of the non-shopaholic stuff, and that lawyer story was an absolute delight. will definitely read the rest too <3 Meg Cabot is the one i am planning on moving on to next too. She seems pretty popular :). |

I thought the second Bridget Jones was 10 times funnier than the first.
You might like "The Dirty Girls Social Club", nomiii. Oh, and the Number 1 Ladies Detective Agency series, if you really want to be castrated. |

You may be a mincy, flouncy bottom, but you're still a man. Read Hemingway. |

The Shopaholic series is the best. I don't remember the last time I laughed out loud while reading a book. With every one of those I've done it at
least once. Great character.

Do these books come with Tampons, Enya CDs, Candles, and Bath Salts? Or do you have to buy those seperate.

Good choice Anne!
I suggest Ann Rule, not exactly typical chick lit but she writes True Crime from a chick's perspective. |

Meg's Blog is great also
http://www.megcabot.com/diary/ Start with the boy meets girl series, they're written in e-mail format which is suprisingly fantastic. I tried one of the Madeline Wickham books and didn't like it much. Should I try another? |
