Colorado is unbelievable as long as you stick to the mountains. The eastern plains are brutal. I can't think of anywhere in the mountains that isn't
just breathtaking.

I'm going to Europe for a few weeks. In August. It's the only time I can take off.
I hope I don't hurt anyone or break things. |

we made a very practical decision just last week. we were going to spend a bunch and go to the Bahamas for a week in october, but we decided to take 3 smaller,
local vacations this year instead.
3 nights at my mom's lake house in august, plus one night camping in the woods, just us. 3 nights camping in late september BRRRR 2 nights up north skiing with a luxurious fireplace room in January we'll spend less money, and who really needs the beach anyway? |

We are going to South Padre island, a big family thing. It is my parents 40th anniversary so they are re-newing their vows on the beach. I think that is all we are doing. I was wanting to get up to Maine for a visit, but my husband just switched jobs and lost vacation time. |

In July I'm visiting a friend in Texas. and in August I'm going on a cruise with a few girlfriends. |

We go to Reno every year for Hot August Nights. 7 whole days of lazing by the pool while the server brings me drinks and 7 nights of checking out the cars!
YaY!
We are going to Victoria BC sometime this Summer. I'm also planning a 4 day trip to Vegas before the end of the year. I want to see that Cirque Du Soleil Beatles show. |

We're flying up to the Dells in Wisconsin for a family reunion in June. We keep trying to think of another week off in August, but we're 5 minutes
away from one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere so I'm like lets just veg on the boat and beach it non stop for a week right here.

I'm heading to sunny Massachusetts to visit my sister this summer. Got a good deal on plane tickets. I would probably spend more in gas driving there and
I've taken a vow to never put myself in a car with a 4 and 5 year old for 14 hours, ever.

Roadtrip down south, New Orleans/Orlando in August.
A few trips to the Wisconsin Dells, camping in Northern Wisconsin/UP of Michigan. Warp tour in Minneapolis/St.Paul. It's going to be a boring summer, this year compared to last summer. |
