Takes them down a big notch in my book. I miss Parisa and Isaac.

I have friends who are from such backgrounds but they are very active in the community and help out with individuals from low income backgrounds. They are "priviliged" but they don't preach down to those who are not so fortunate. I think everyone is miscontstruing what the girls were saying. They were mentioned McDonald's because Brianna was claiming she was "forced" to be a stripper. Um no. She chose to be a stripper. They were just pointing out that there are other jobs available that are more "respectable" than stripping. Brianna is just a dumb whore who wants to look like her sluttiness is due to her being a "victim". She's just a plain old slut. Her choice of dress to go to court speaks to that. Has anyone else considered the fact that she may have been forced to strip because McDonalds turned her down? I almost wouldn't be surprised if this were the case.

How come on EVERY season of Real World, there's a girl that has a boyfriend and dumps/cheats on him with a guy in the house? It happened with Melinda, Shavonda, and now it's gonna happen with Sarah.

She stripped to put herself through college. This was back in the late 80's early 90's. This was a time when they were trying to outlaw totally nude dancing in all through out the US. The case was being taken before the Supreme Court. Attorneys were looking into the education and backgrounds of the "ladies" that work in these places and picked four of what they thought were the best reps to go before the S.C. My friend was one of them. They had one of the more "famous" women. A mother, a student and a Penthouse Pet. She now is a stay at home mom, but not all of them are drug addicts, and some of them do actually do put themselves through school, law school. ETA : cindi congrats on 10500!!

So basically, they're doing a Back to NY redux, and since they've already done LA and are now doing Hollywood, this will be the second location redux in a row. Thanks, producers! Maybe I'm being an idiot because I'll admit I'm unfamiliar with Brooklyn (and the NYC area in general), but that's just kind of what it sounds like to me. Won't they just end up clubbing in the city half the time? The hour long episodes really are working though. With half hour episodes, too much time was spent setting the plot at the beginning and wrapping things up at the end with not enough time in the middle to really flesh out the storyline for each episode.
