That being said, I like his list. I think Todd and Vecepia are too high on the list, and Aras is too low. Vecepia would of not won had Kathy aligned with the General like she should have, and Todd clearly would of lost had Amanda not imploded at the end. Secondly, Cirie actually madea mistake at the f5 by not booting Danielle. She had a fair shot at beating Shane in the firemaking tiebreaker.

Hey, I'm just glad for once I don't have people horrified that I think Brian is a colossally overrated sociopath and that Danni's win has less to do with her own strategic ability as much as it did Steph's ego. Steph assumed that since America liked her last season that she could backstab anyone she wanted and could get away with it, and boy, was she wrong!

Okay, here's my thoughts on my Todd, Vee, and Aras picks:

Todd... yeah, in hindsight, maybe that one is a bit high, but I did feel as though he was out in front, he was in control, and nobody took the step to take him out. I agree, he does owe a lot to Amanda's poor endgame performance, but at the same time, I found it interesting that most of the jurors had said that they didn't realize what a good player Amanda was until they were at home watching the tapes... they saw her as an under-the-radar Amber type, not as a plotter, and had no clue how influential she was in the decisions. They assumed it was all Todd. I think WE all were fishing for reasons to see Amanda as a winner because we had read the Amanda wins spoilers, but the jury didn't see her all that differently than they saw Courtney. I do agree, though, that Todd very nearly set himself up for a Cesternino-esque fall.

Vecepia... see, I did waffle on her ranking more than any other. And the one crucial error that Vecepia did almost make... nearly agreeing to take Kathy into the final two, which she would have lost in a landslide. I still can't figure out if Vecepia was an excellent player or just an opportunist who was good at taking advantage of other's misfortunes.

Aras... no, that low ranking I stand by. Had Danielle been voted out at final 4 like he'd wanted, he'd have been in an unwinnable final 3 situation. He would not have been able to beat either Terry or Cirie. Keep in mind, he and Cirie had a pact much like Tina and Colby. He stumbled into the win in the only way he could have... Cirie losing a tiebreaker AND THEN Danielle taking him because she thought she might have a genuine chance of beating Aras. (Either way, she'd have lost 5-2.) No, I don't see Cirie making any mistakes in not ousting Danielle. Danielle was essentially the Keith to Aras and Cirie's Tina and Colby, and Cirie had set Danielle up for that. Cirie coaxed Danielle into burning all of her bridges (especially with Courtney) and made Danielle paint herself into a corner.

Oh, and I omitted Tina's best move: ousting Amber. Voting off Amber was, in fact, idiotic for ANYONE but Tina to do, and she got her way. By voting off Amber, Rodger and Elisabeth resigned themselves to fourth and fifth place barring one of them beating Colby in three straight immunity challenges; Keith eliminated the opponent who was the only one he even had a remote chance of beating; and Colby was severed from his escape parachute should he not be able to end up in the final two with Tina. Amber didn't get along with Tina and was the one person who would NEVER have taken her to the end. Thus, she had to go. (To be fair, Amber was NOT stupid by not aligning with Rodger and Elisabeth. Why? Because she never in a million years could have beaten either of them.... Tina, Keith, and Colby would never have forgiven her, and Amber would have had to win the final IC in order to have the opportunity to lose to Rodger or Elisabeth 6-1. Amber was better off hoping Tina wouldn't get rid of her and praying she had the chance to face Keith.)
