I don't care what some of you say, I love, love, love the Walkers!
Yes, the Justin/Rebecca storyline makes me really uncomfortable. |

Another WALKER?!?!?!? Ugh...but, I'm willing to look past it!!!
Because this show has managed to remain strong in Season 2...Unlike DH, Heroes, and now Grey's, which are all struggling under the weight of their success. This show wasn't a frontrunner when it came out, but for whatever reason, I believe it's been very strong throughout...and i think it is just incredible. Can't wait for Season 3!!! |

Great awesome second season. *applause*
The wedding could've been more elaborate, and more special, than just a fancy dinner party. it was a historic moment, having the first gay wedding on primetime tv. but oh wellz. So lets see... season 3: Kitty adopts, Holly vs. Sarah (yay :)!), gay saul find a bear for some lemon party sex, and we get some non-incestuous hot sex. fun |

Besides the whole Justin/Rebecca ick factor, I loved the finale. The wedding was just simple & sweet and I'm happy they didn't hyped it up to be
the first gay wedding but treated like a normal ceremony of two people in love. Didn't like the fact that they didn't have a honeymoon, but whatever =)
The whole "other" Walker thing should be good, if its done right. All the actors on the show are superb so I'm sure they'll bring it next season. |

I agree with you nomii. The wedding did feel a bit less special than I'd hoped, possibly because that proposal scene was so stunning. I don't think
Kevin would have wanted a big fancy wedding anyway. I think this story suffered from the lack of episodes, especially since there was so much involvement from
Kitty and Robert, who have either had no scenes with Kevin this season or had arguments with him. Overall, still a great wedding, and made all the more special
by the lack of treating homosexuality as some freakish joke. They were just a happy couple.
The scenes Kevin and Scotty had together were great, and so were their scenes with Nora. I liked the way Kevin was slowly broken down from reminding everyone this wasn't real to thanking Nora for giving him a wedding. They also did a much subtler job than I expected with Scotty's parents. His mother disapproved but she wasn't a harridan, and his father seemed like a nice guy (I never could stand Jackie after she dumped him). I've really enjoyed seeing Kevin and Scotty mature, Kevin no longer flitting between various men. I'd still like them to keep some of the bitchiness and sarcasm, but that's probably going to stat soon enough. Kevin had so much packed into this episode. The idea of Kevin remembering making peace with his father in the same flashbacks where his father was going on about yet another long lost child was ridiculous, but Matthew Rhys made it work. They've finally realized Matthew Rhys can play anything, just like Rachel Griffiths, and were smart enough to have the two of them sell this story. Saul's coming out was one of my favorite moments in the episode. Justin and Tommy are always good for the comedic moments. I don't see a lot of chemistry between Justin and Rebecca. |

has anyone noticed how the family as a whole has matured too - they no longer keep secrets hidden for *too* long, and try to immediately call family
meetings/let mom in the loop.
it was more fun when they all tried to hide stuff =o |

But how the HELL are we supposed to believe that Diane Whats-her-name from Chicago Hope is old enough to be Scotty McHotty's mom?!?!?!

Because this show has managed to remain strong in Season 2...Unlike DH, Heroes, and now Grey's, which are all struggling under the weight of their success.Sorry, but I have to disagree. Yes, DH and Heroes both sucked din their second season, but Grey's did not. It jumped the shark at the tail end of last season, well after it second season. And this show was not the brilliance of the first season. It dropped off tremendously even if if finally found its legs again toward the end of the season. This season spent too much time on the presidential race and also unmade Rebeca a Walker. I'd say those two things alone sunk the season. There were some great moments, but there were more in its first season. I'm excited to see what the future will bring to the show, but the Justin/Rebeca thing is weirding me out. I just think "EWWW!" all the time they are being romantic. I'm wondering how the new Walker sibling will affect Holly, but most importantly Nora. |

All of ABC's flagship shows have had post-first season struggles and missteps. It's the burden of a serialized drama. And I'll take a network of
LOST, DH, GA, B&S with all of their storyline errors etc. over a network of CSI procedurals any day.

Well the actress is 20 years older than the acter REALLY? She's aged well. Sorry, but I have to disagree. Yes, DH and Heroes both sucked din their second season, but Grey's did not.Yeah, I guess I should've clarified...Grey's started to suck in Season 3... |

I lol'd when Kevin's cell rings and he goes, "Oh, it's Scotty, don't say anything," and both his brothers go "Hiiiii Scotty!!" Spot-on sibling dynamics <3 |

So I guess every season they're going to have a speculation for a new child that starts with an R. Next up for the season 3 finale -- Raheem.

Daddy Walker -- cheating man with at least two mistresses
Kitty -- barren wombed conservative Justin -- drug addict, was in love with his sister Tommy -- adulterer Tommy's wife -- adulteress Saul -- living a sexual lie for decades Rachel -- so married to work that she's fucked beyond repair Wow, Kevin really IS the most normal one. Good luck with that marriage thing. |

Sarah: Mom, we have something to tell you.
Nora: What is it? Kevin: You better sit down. Nora: Tell me! Tell me! Sarah: Mom, it's the writers... Nora: What? Kevin: They're already recycling plot twists. Nora: This can't be! We're only in our second season! Sarah: Don't cry mom. Please, don't cry.

"who is rachel?" I'm sorry, that's the actresses name. I almost typed 'Brenda' actually. She'll always be Brenda to me.
