A very tight vote is exactly what we should expect. It will be interesting to see what, if anything, say of anything about how it gets to a F2.

But for the record, according the CBS polls: Brian was the 9th most popular contestant (out of 16) on Survivor: Thailand. Parvati was the 4th most popular contestant (out of 20) on Survivor: Cook Islands. And there is no CBS popularity poll this season, but Parvati is currently #4 on the Sucks LTS popularity poll. My guess is that if there was a CBS poll this season she'd be about 6th, after Cirie, Amanda, Erik, James and Ozzy. So yes, it would appear that she's more popular than Brian. And based on the CBS polls she's also probably more popular than Rich, Vecepia, Jenna, Amber and Chris. Of course, without a real poll this season it's hard to say for sure.

I think if it's Parv vs. Amanda, then it's pretty much a sure thing that Parv gets Alexis. Not only was Alexis close to Parvati on the show, but they (and Catalie) are apparently still friends after the show and, according to Erik, Alexis isn't a big fan of Amanda. Erik, on the other hand, I think probably votes for Amanda. He basically says in his interviews that he would vote for her if she made the Finals and that he now thinks Parvati played a great game, but he had no clue about that while he was there because he never saw it.
