MB is a smart guy, I don't think he'd run the risk of that happening, especially this season when a 4-4 split has the highest chance of happening.

A tie CAN happen in a final three scenario, but there are ways that it can be broken, that is clear. In the event of a tie with a even jury count and a final
two, how would they break it?

If Survivor Fever is right, and it's a F2, it had BETTER MOTHER FUCKING BE because the votes went 3-3-1 (Cirie getting 1) and therefore Cirie becoming the 8th juror. Any 'twist' or surprise of there being another IC would piss me off. If Cirie makes the F3 and only receives 1 vote, I'm OK with that.It really isn't a twist! I don't see why people don't get this. 10 at merge with a planned 7 Tribal council =final 3 10 at merge minus one Medvac with a planned 7 Tribal Councils = Final 2. The plan was always to have 7 tribal councils from the merge, and with one medvac, that left us with a final 2 instead of a final 3. There should have been a final 5 going into the last episode, not a final 4 as there is. edited to add: I am PISSED that it probably means Cirie doesn't get to final tribal council, don't get me wrong. I think they probably thought out this scenario when Bruce was removed due to injury, they probably wanted to keep it as a TC for every show, so they would have built in this scenario to a F3. And again, like Jeff P said, thank god they had 20 survivors to start the show, they did not have to miss any Tribal councils, there was always someone to cast-off.

Heliox, they would just eliminate a Tribal Council then.
Like I've stated, it doesn't make sense to have a final jury of eight with two finalist. The start of the finale will be day thirty-seven, the same as last season, where they had the reward challenge, the final immunity challenge on day thirty-eight, then final tribal council on day thirty-nine. |

Heliox, they would just eliminate a Tribal Council thenWhich in the eyes of the producers makes for a very anti-climatic show. So I believe that they will not allow an episode to go by without a TC and an elimination based on votes and not just on an injury. They did not eliminate the TC when James left, correct? |

I am confused. Which episode will not have a TC? First hour F4 TC, second hour F3 TC with jury questions. Winner announced and reunion. If James had not left
then they probably would have had F5 tonight OR wasn't there a week with no episode this year during basketball which would have been the extra TC? I
don't think they have skipped a week like that before.

For the person who looses it, I could see how it is going to happen if there is a F2. Amanda has to win immunity or she is toast. Amanda wins immunity at F4,
Nat goes. At F3, Amanda wins immunity agian. She reasures Cirie that she'll be safe no matter what. Then, she votes Cirie out, and takes Parvati with
her to the F2. Cirie is SO ANGRY and thought Amanda was going to take her to the F2. Then, Cirie will vote for Parv at the FTC. I just checked Survivor
Fever, and the boot order has remained the same. Except it lists Amanda as second place and Parvati as the winner.
