So Toby is leaving Dunder Mifflin? As for the pregnancy, my money is on Angela. Jan can't be pregnant - Michael didn't get a chance to undo his
vascetomy again.

The last episode is called "Goodbye, Toby" but that could just be a red herring.
Even odds Jan is pregnant. 10-1 it is Pam. 100-1 it is Angela. The cold open for the season finale is already up at NBC.com and it is the funniest thing all season. |

I'd be surprised if it's Angela mostly because she's already had her baby in real life and the season is all but done. With hiatus coming up
there'd be no reason to write it in.

CoconutPhone wrote: I agree. I can't imagine them wanting to do anything too big with her character either because there was a small possiblity Angela could have went into labor at any time when shooting the episode. Can't do much with a character if your actress is in the hospital. |

I think it's going to be Jan or Karen-I read somewhere Karen was slated for one more episode after the strike, but that could be a rumor. The site also
said there will be (besides the pregnancy) proposal, firing, and death. I think Jan might propose, Ryan will get fired, maybe Meredith will die? Just wild
guesses, I'm sure I'm totally off. I think Jim's proposal will come next season, they will be able to use that for a bunch more episodes. And I
think maybe Ryan will get fired from corporate but will get rehired in Scranton.

My guess is Phyliss. A little Bob Vance, of Vance Refrigeration will be running around.

But according to Dwight's chart, Phyliss is menopausal.

the supposed "cold opening" for the finale is up at this site. It's pretty good.

The "cold opening" is hilarious. I can't wait for the finale.
I think Jan is going to be pregnant. It looks like Michael is on a date with a woman and he probably "falls in love" with her and then Jan ruins it by announcing she's pregnant. I don't think the writers are done with the disaster relationship that is Michael & Jan. A death? That worries me. I don't want to see anyone go. Maybe the death will involve someone with Dunder Mifflin that we don't really know as a character on the show. Maybe someone from corporate or a sister office. The firing. I think it's too soon for Ryan to be fired from his position at corporate. We still need to see more of him crashing and burning and threatening Jim. Maybe Stanley gets fired, as we are seeing Stanley increasingly disrespectful towards Michael. However, I think it will end up being a "suspension" and Stanley will be back when the new season starts. Or maybe, again, it's a firing in a sister office that leads to one of Scranton's employees to leave to be in the spin-off that's proposed. |

Regarding Toby leaving - (per my newspaper TV listings for this week) Amy Ryan is replacing him as HR manager, and Michael wants the going away party for Toby
to be a happy celebration.
Could be a red herring for maybe.... Toby dies. |

That cold opening is hilarious! If that's how the opening is gonna be, I'm hoping that same hilarious-ness continues throughout the episode.

I doubt Karen is the pregnant one - when the guys went to Utica to prank her, she and Jim had been broken up for at least a few months.

Does anyone know where Toby is going? If he's not actually going to Costa Rica, and is instead just going to another Dunder-Mifflin branch, the death or
the pregnancy could be Amy Ryan's character, forcing Toby to come back. Karen's branch would be Toby's destination, which would explain why
she's in the episode. If Amy Ryan was the death, Jan could be both the pregnancy and the proposal (from Michael, doing the right thing).
If there's a firing, I'd split 50-50 on Ryan or Jim. If Ryan is fired, he gets sent back to Scranton where Michael will make his life hell. If Jim is fired, it plausibly delays the proposal. |

I don't see how Jim could be fired, (weren't they raving about him in the corporate interview?), I just hope they don't go in that direction-I mean
because he talks to Pam he's going to get fired? Though it wouldn't surprise me.

Hey Pumpkin, what say we ditch this bitch!
And I doubt Jim would get fired as well. He just got a huge account and David Wallace loves him. I can believe Toby being fired because he touched Pam's knee, though. |

I can't see it being anyone but Ryan.
Why go through the trouble of painting Ryan as a douchebag with a nasty coke habit if he's not going to be fired? |

Well if it's "Goodbye Toby" would it not stand to reason that Toby is being fired? Obviously it could be Ryan but I dont think we can discount
Toby either.
