Ugh I hate what this show has started to become. I remember back in the good ol' days of seasons 1 and 2 where it was really about the mysteries of the island and the mysteries of the survivors of the plane crash. I hate the fact that there are still so many unanswered questions dealing with the mysteries of the island that were so intriguing for the first three seasons. Now all of the episodes seem to be focused on these new bad guys and the Oceanic 6 after the island, but I still want to know more about Libby, the Dharma Iniitiative, the Hostiles, Danielle Rousseau, Walt and Locke's "special" qualities, Rose, the list goes on and on.
Also, they keep killing people which pisses me off. It was so shocking and emotionally impacting when Boone, Shannon, Ana Lucia, Libby, etc. died. But it seems like half the cast has been killed in the last season, and death has become such a non-chalant event that I don't even seem to care anymore when it happens! And I don't want to be stuck watching Kate, Locke, Jack, Sawyer, Sayid, Ben, and Sun plus the Widmore crew for the rest of the show.
It just sucks because the show was so unique and interesting and mysterious and I couldn't wait to get all of the answers and have the whole show fit together. But there's still so much that doesn't seem to fit about the island while the producers and writers seem to have moved on to focus on this whole Ben/island kidnap plot with Widmore, which just isn't that interesting because I don't care about Ben or Widmore.
