mmmm Fresh laundry that has dried in the sun (any clean linen smell)
Cashmere luxury body wash by caress freshly bathed and shampooed babies fresh cut grass the forrest after it rains really heavy pumpkin pie baking in the oven leather and polo (reminds me of my daddy) |

mint, lilacs, rain/ozone/thunderstorms, citrus (except grapefruit, i think they smell like armpits), roasting chicken, sandalwood.
i really hate the smell of figs and currants, and most flowers, esp jasmine. |

I'll probably get a hard time for this one, but it's a sense memory thing, so cut me some slack.
The combination smell of Brut, new car, popcorn, and Dr. Pepper (heavy on the Brut). It takes me back to high school and my first love and going to the drive-inn. He usually wore Brut or English Leather (they were hot back in the day), and his father worked at a car dealership, so he often had a new demo car to drive, hence the new car smell. The kissing didn't start until after the popcorn and Dr. Pepper, so it's the combo of all of these smells that makes me all nostalgic and er, never mind. |

See, I like how old books smell. New books are too clean, old books have that sitting-deserted-on-a-library-shelf-since-1962 smell.

I like old book smell too..mostly, some just reek. But new books smell shiny and new and full of excitement. I need to get out more
