The only problem I had with last night's episode was the contrived HR policy. I can't see any place doing something like that. It's a complete invasion of privacy. Imagine if there were two doctors who were like the soldiers, gay and closeted (at least at work).

Yeah, I thought that was ridiculous. I could only imagine if they tried to do that where I used to work, that place was like a fucking whorehouse.

Meredith is getting less annoying to me, I just hope they don't make another character I like turn sucky because they seem to only be able to write three good people at a time.

I loved Christina's Burke speech. "It's not difficult. It's unbearable." It actually made me tear up a little bit.

I realize that Izzy can't tell Karev about fucking Ava because of the whole Dr./patient confidentiality thing, but it's not like it would be that hard to leave a file where he would see it, and of course since it had his woman's name on it he'd check it out. I would imagine she'd be having her prenatal stuff done there if she ever actually did get pregnant, and he would be keeping track of stuff then and notice that she wasn't pregnant when she said she was.

Callie has more chemistry with Hahn than she ever did with George. I too was expecting Hahn to reveal that she was a lesbian, and was kind of disappointed when she didn't. I still think she is, though.

I figured they were a couple, but I was surprised they showed them make out like that, as opposed to just same gazing and maybe a little kiss. It's nice that it was there and not a huge deal in a "Be sure to watch a SHOCKING Grey's tonight!!!!!!" kind of way.
