Personally, I think Amanda and Natalie really ARE the biggest jury threats. Everyone likes Amanda on the jury because she hasn't done a whole lot of backstabbing.

Ah! The beauty of editing. That is what the viewer is supposed to think and why Cirie can't win. CIRIE is the biggest jury threat. Hands down no question about it, if Cirie faces the jury, she'd win. That's a huge hole in her story; we don't hear any comments about her danger. It could possibly be because the editors want to show players making the mistake of keeping a likeable player to the end but I don't think so because Cirie has other holes in her story that wouldn't fit a winner. Going after Yau Man with no justifications, receiving a letter from home that wasn't featured. Not a single moment of connection to her husband during the jelly fish reward and no credit for Ozzy's boot in the recap. Despite winning many ICs, Rafe's threat as a challenge hog was never mentioned and that was because he wasn't going to win the only one that mattered.

- Cirie isn't mentioned as a jury threat because it has no bearing on the story. She has this marvelous edit because Cirie is one of the greatest strategist ever and a fan favorite. She simply isn't a "Triple Threat".

- Natalie isn't facing the jury either, not in a season were "Fans are Dumb."

I see a Parvati vs Amanda F2. These two have been together from the start and there has to be a final confrontation.

Did Parvati's story reach an end?
We all saw the importance of her epi #1 confessional: "I didn't come here a second time to be miserable, I came here to win." When Kathleen said you had to be stupid to suffer through this a second time while Parvati was shown relaxing, I was sure Parvati would win. The last episode threw a curve ball into that storyline. We saw that Parvati didn't come back to be miserable, she came back for a mini-vacation, to get a little tan. Did the editors show that to make us realize that she forgot the goal? Worse, in CI, the HII cost her the game and it was made to look as if she didn't learn. We heard her say she may look for the idol or may not and then we saw her back on her blanket, the idol apparently not important. I know the HII was meaningless after that TC as Jeff pointed out, but when was a winner shown not interested in the game? Aras was shown relaxing on EI but he knew there wasn't an idol to find.

Parvati has had a good story and even her EI confessional had game ending implications. She is the only player that has been given end game confessionals from the start but Amanda has been looking good ever since the switch-up and especially since she realized Ozzy was arrogant. A winner should be there from the start and that is Edgic's foundation but growing story arcs make for good narrations too. Amanda was there at the start, it's just not in the way we usually count presence.

In this season of surprise TCs, I'm expecting that we still can look at Amanda's jury threat as misdirection and I still think Parvati wins. She fits the themes, each being a lesson to the fans:
- She has improved her game, surprising the fans.
- She showed the Fans she could cope with the conditions.
- She played the game in stages, not over-complicating it before it needed to be. (A huge lesson.)
- She is the Favorite that made the strongest alliance with the Fans, showing it wasn't just Fans over Favorites.
- She is a Triple Threat.
- She didn't let the most dangerous players make it to the end.

It's just that I'd be very curious to read the reactions to a win by Amanda!

She trumps the themes because she was both a returning player and an unknown one. Is it enough? Is she Parvati's (and edgic's!!!) blind-spot, the one dangerous player that Parvati made the mistake to let slip to the end? Sunday should be fun. It hasn't always been.

The Promo during CSI mentioned 3 TCs and we are starting a 2 hour episode with 4 players.
