The new site is up on Fox.com/dance with lots of updates... and it has the choreographers for this season: Mia Michaels Tabitha and Napoleon Jean Marc Tyce Diorio Mandy Moore All are listed as choreographers/judges! It also says in Mandy Moore's bio that she was a guest judge in Salt Lake City for S4 auditions, so it looks like she will judge this season, thank God. No mention of Shane or Wade. |

Not to revisit the subject of Jessi's ouster, but everyone knew at the outset that the producers/Nigel/Fox were gunning for a female winner. The problem
that the show ran into is that they placed their bets on the wrong horse. By the time the top 10 rolled around, there were no likable girls with the talent
needed remaining, save for Sabra. Jamie had her voice/blond mentality, Lacey was seen as the leftovers of Benji by some viewers, and Lauren had her myriad of
problems, the least of which being her Asian fetish. Sara seemed likable enough, but I don't think there were that many people who ever thought she could
hang tough with Danny, Sabra, and Neil in terms of dancing abilities outsider of their specialty.
As far as the judges/choreographers go, that list isn't all that surprising (save for Mia, who I thought would take at least a season off to go tend to her toddlers). Shane everyone already guessed, and Wade, well, oh well, can't do much about that. I do find it a little surprising that Jean Marc is choreographing this season, though, as he (and Blake and Dan, for that matter) are judging over in Canada for their show. |

Since we have a woman winner we shouldn't see an agenda from the judges this season, hopefully.

I couldn't stand Shauna. I thought she was every bit as bad as both of her partners. Jamie, too. Sara and Sabra were my two favorite girls from week one,
but Lacey > Jessi > Anya > Lauren > Jamie > Shauna

^ Seriously? Wow, I thought Shauna was great. Her solo at the Top 14 was spectacular, I couldn't believe she was eliminated off of it. She was a bit on the quiet side, but I thought her personality was smooth and not irritating at all, unlike Lauren's camera-hamming. Now you made me wanna rate the S3 dancers... Lacey > Sabra > Anya > Shauna > Jessi > Lauren > Sara > Jamie > Ashlee > Faina Danny > Pasha > Jesus > Neil > Kameron > Hok > Jimmy > Dominic > Ricky > Cedric |

Nah, I didn't like Shauna either, or Jaimie (especially because everyone really loved her for some reason, even though she was not versatile at all). I
actually really liked Faina during auditions and vegas week, but then she was paired with Cedric, and she got hiphop first (which even the judges admit Cedric
sucked at) and was disspointing, and then Cedric sucked even when she did well the next week. I wish we could have seen more from her (like a dance with a
competant partner). Shauna didn't shine even with a competent partner (Jimmie outpreformed her both times).

Sara was incredible and should've made it into the Final 6 above Lauren and the Final 4 above Lacey. She was probably one of the most versatile dances
with ZERO formal dance training. The fact that she kicked so much ass was evident in the finale when the majority of the judges' favorites included Sara.
In fact, her winning might've been the only other satisfactory ending to last summer's run.

X to the Sara love. However, I thought she was WEAKEST when it came to her so-called specialty, break-dancing. When they had her, Dom and Hok on stage
together, she looked like such a poseur next to them. As for other styles, she rocked!

I liked both Faina and Stanislav (from season 2). It annoys me that the judges put someone in that's really good with pairs, but will eliminate him or her
the first (or second) chance when they have to do a solo. You know that solos are a big part of the show. If you can't do them, why put them through only
to eliminate them within the first 2 weeks?

I forgot about Faina, but I liked her, too. In week two, I wanted to see Cedric and Shauna go home, but instead, they kept the two of them (barf!) and got rid
of their partners, both of whom danced MUCH BETTER!

Beyond that, Jimmy was BETTER than Shauna and outshined her both weeks they were together. If anything, he was shafted by being with her...

I did like Jimmy, but I think that him and Shauna was just a bad pair, in general. Some people fit together, and they did not (much like Ashlee/Ricky). Perhaps I just like Shauna because I saw her perform on the tour after months of practice, but she was one of the best females on tour. And I <3'd Sara too, but I thought that her hip-hop was extremely weak. She proved herself capable in other styles, and if she had chosen contemporary as her own style or something that allowed her to do better solos, she'd have been excellent. |

I loved Sara too but I don't think she was a serious contender to win the whole thing. Versatile, likeable and cool but not the superstar the show looks
for.
Lacey and Lauren I think were just too fakey - though Lacey nailed most of her dances. Shauna was a nothing to me until she danced that solo - the one that *did* save her and it was like, wow where has this girl been hiding. |

I do think Shauna got a bum rap...She was cannon fodder, plain and simple. But, I think her skill level was rather high.

Shauna was amazing. Her Top 18 solo is, IMO, one of the best (if not the best) elimination show solos ever. And I just love the flexible hiked-up leg
spins.
I thought she was with Sabra and Sara in terms of being the best female dancer, Lauren road Neil's coat-tails and Lacey was so friggin' overrated. |

That reminds me, I need to view a clip of Blake judging this summer. I imagine that that's a royal mess up there. Not to mention that Jean Marc is also a

That was a GREAT solo by Blake. It seemed to go along with the music so well too. All the movements were timed perfectly with certain parts in the song he
danced to for his solo. If we are just going by female solos then Shauna still is in contention for best female solo.
