I just watched it online...because I didn't even get to see it last night.
Frank has a bandaid on his head..so does Claire. The smoke monster guy had two bloodied squares of guaze sitting on his body. I toyed with the idea of not taking the test this week. I tend to put too much pressure on myself. I figured not being in the running for the 6 would be better for me....LOL. I have no idea what I even answered so I don't know what the score is going to be. I'm so VERY sorry for the loved ones(pets)...that were lost this past week.

The example in the instructions is: we have to see someone put a spoonful of cereal in his mouth, not just pour cereal into a bowl. I'll leave this open to discussion. What do you all think? Is this good enough to count as a Yes? Well we saw him with the water and saw him swallow the water. We didn't see him put the water in his mouth. I'm still thinking since we did see him clearly swallowing water, then yeah to "will anyone drink water". He didn't just open the water bottle, he swallowed water as well. *shrug* As for the bandages.. this won't help me AT ALL. I chose B - 1, it's clearly 2 for sure which makes my answer wrong anyway. Not sure if the answer D will help anyone or not, but a "visible bandage of some sort" would include what we saw on the freighter jerk. I know this is getting technical, but I work in a pharmacy and those types of big pads, some are self adhesive on the edges of the underside and don't look like the average "Band-Aid". Now if someone was dabbing him with a cloth or some type of gauze - I saw that happen with someone else on the show, can't remember who now, but someone was wiping blood from his/her face... that wouldn't count as "sporting" (wearing) a bandage. Freighter dude IMO was sporting several bandages. Too bad it wasn't Keamy, that fucker. Then again I wanna see so much damage done to him that all the bandages in the world wouldn't help. :D (sorry, had to rant) eta - Sorry I failed to thank everyone for the kind words to those of us who lost pets. I also lost half my dang computer programs, all my files, music, photos, important links, etc... this just happened today. No need to respond, I'm just about ready to start yanking my hair out. I was not in a good state of mind taking this quiz and I bombed it pretty much.. which could have happened on a good week, too. :) Scamp, whatever you decide is fine with me.

I agree with what's been said about the freighter guy having bandages on him. As far as the cough, it appeared to me that Michael coughed when Frank was
helping him up. <shrug> Also, Desmond did go up one step. I looked at the rail when he was sitting and then where he was later on and it was
definitely up at least one step.
Felicia - Sorry about you losing a lot of your files, etc. How'd that happen? ETA: I looked for a screencap of the freighter guy and couldn't find it anywhere esp. not at Lost-Media.

I watched back the episode just now. As for the three in question
I think swallowing would be considered drinking. In the case of the gay boyfriend of Tom (GBOT) we did not see any swallowing. It went from him holding the drink to him holding the drink with his mouth open and all. Full disclosure though, I said yes to the question. I didn't notice a cough, but I wasn't listening too carefully there. As for the bandages, I've got it frozen on my tv right now, and those look like either pieces of gauze or cloth meant to stop bleeding, but not bandages. JMO |

Ok, I remember seeing the 2 pieces of gauze on the freighter dude, but it didn't register that they were bandages. I guess I was looking for bandaids (yep,
that's what I was thinking of when I wrote the question.).
 How about this, folks? Let's accept both C & D as answers for this one.
As for the drinking question, I can see both sides of the argument have merit. ARRRGH I hate it when this happens. As Sawyer would say, son of a bitch! Ok, since this one falls on middle ground, let's accept both Yes and No for this question. I just re-re-watched the Michael/Frank scene, as well as the Michael/Keamy scene and the opening accident/birth scene. Not one cough in any of those scenes. I even called in an impartial witness (Mr.Scamper) who never watches Lost. He didn't hear a cough either. My official answer on the coughing question is No, no one coughed. As long as I had Mr. Scamper in my clutches, I had him check out the Freighter guy on the stretcher. Mr. Scamper agreed with me that the dude was covered with a blanket, and the 2 bloody gauzes were probably rags/gauze used to staunch/wipe up blood, as they were lying on top of the blanket. I really do think the correct answer for the number of bandaged people is 2, but I'll stick with my decision in the first paragraph and accept both C & D for correct answers. Will everyone be happy with this? Hope so. I'm sending out virtual hugs to everyone who needs one.
