Jedijake, I think you're over-analyzing the 'stupid' comment by Parvati. It almost had to be shown, and I don't agree it was necessarily emphasized. It was shown, because it kinda had to be...they WERE stupid, the audience already knows this. Don't forget all the women were shown LAUGHING in Erik's face after he gave up the necklace, and on his way out.KathyFan-that is true, but only partially. We KNEW Erik was stupid. Everyone demonstrated that, but only Parvati used the words as such, and used them against 2 other jury members.
No winner has come right out and were quoted to say that their prospective jurors are stupid. It was the kiss of death for Steph and for RobM (although I am not sure if Mariano said those words).
It's one thing to say a move was stupid. It's another to say a person is.
At this point I actually cannot see a way in hell Parvati can win against anyone except for Natalie. We know that isn't an option.
Also, they could have EASILY edited out all of the initiatives that Cirie took. They didn't need to put in how she worked the Ozzy boot (even if Parvati was given credit in the following recap). They could have edited out the emphasis on Cirie creating the plan to coax Erik into giving up the idol.
They need to boot Cirie, but nobody's ever wanted to. That's yet another mark in the Cirie-win column.
But again, it's a Cirie/Parvati, Parvati/Cirie debate. I just think that Amanda has to be thrown in there because of the post-merge edit she's received.
