Sounds like some people lack faith in their team. What kind of die hard Flyer fans are you both anyway? Of course, SIG will claim that he is using reverse psychology but I know better. As for StarRider, he just PM'd me and asked if I'd give him updates on the Flyers score tonight cause he'll be too busy watching a new Man vs Wild. Funny shit.


But anyway, it seems like everyone is picking against the Flyers again. The majority of people picked the Caps too and nearly everybody predicted that Montreal would breeze past Philly. And once again, the pundits all love Pittsburgh to win this series.


You know who the Flyers are starting to remind me of? The Football Giants. Hardly anyone thought the Giants would beat the supremely talented Cowboys and they won. Nobody thought they'd go to Lambeau and beat Favre or the undefeated Pats and they won. Flyers have peaked at the right time and have some magic going on. They won a Game 7 on the road in OT and just dominated a series against the best team in the East. And most importantly, they have a red hot goaltender.


As long as the officiating isn't too lopsided in this series, I'm picking Philly in 7.
