This probably surpasses Vanuatu as my favorite all-time season.

I think I'd like the season more if we switched around some of the positions of the players. Good season in terms of events and entertainment, but I

cirie does not have to win this; as i think 3 of the 4 are deserving.. meaning parv cirie and amanda; but not nat...Natalie was the one who closed the deal, though...and just because we haven't seen her all season, doesn't mean she hasn't been doing anything. They always seem to save one of the F4 to hide for most of the season (Why, I don't know--I bet Nat has been making great confessionals all along). Man, you KNOW if Fairplay, Yau-Man, or Penner had stuck around, they woulda cleaned these retards up.Yeah, but that's one reason why Cirie knew to get rid of Yao early--you take the stupid ones to the end, just so you can pull things like this. |

Definitely one of the best if not the best Post-ASS season ever. I love the F4. I loved the gameplay. These last two seasons have really renewed my faith in
the fact that Survivor hasn't completely run its course. It can still surprise us even after 16 seasons.

The problem I have with this season is the editing and stupidity of the players. I also think people overrate the post-merge because really each episode
hasn't been great until after the immunity challenge. The challenges and rewards have been horribly generic and recycled with few exceptions, Natalie was
absurdly ignored along with a few others, the fans turned out to be duds for the most part, and many of the great plays seem only to have arisen from an
uncomprehensible level of stupidity among other contestants.
It's certainly not as bad as Cook Islands, Fiji, or some other seasons but nowhere near being one of the best ever. I can't overlook all the flaws just because of a bunch of great plays post-merge when so many other seasons have been better in all departments. |

I remember early on in the season when people where debating which side would Cirie join between the Showmances and J/A/Y/E, I specifically said she would probably go with the showmances because they'll be a lot easier to manipulate than J/A/Y/E. |

The beginning of the season dragged, but the last four tribal councils have been completely awesome. Definitely my favorite post-ASS seasons.

I think I love this season's pre-merge so much because of Tracy. I wish Tracy made it farther.

The premerge only really dragged after the Joel boot. The first 5 episodes were all pretty interesting, so really there was only a span of 3 episodes that
sucked. One good thing about the quitters and medivacs is that they sped things up to the merge.
Post-merge has been flawless. Every episode was captivating, hilarious, and dramatic, and every TC has been a unique nailbiter. The f4 are truly the best 4 players and I could see any of them winning. Usually things are obvious by this point. China/Micronesia has been an amazing year for Survivor. <3 It deserves an Emmy finally. |

This season has been entertainment. But the "fans" were horrible and the "favs" were second rate. Did they bring back Eliza just for her
facial expressions on the jury? I think the show is clicking right now, but the finale still has to come.
Marquesas would be everyone's favorite if the purple rock had not appeared. One tribe all cocky and then they got owned/outed by the challenge. You had Kathy peeing on John's hand. Pappy and Sean hugging and then later fighting. It was real drama and not the sit on the beach middle school stuff we see in so many seasons. |

While it has certainly been a season of high entertainment and drama, the one thing I'm not crazy about is how much the HIIs dominated this season - how
easy they were to find, how someone seemed to have one practically every episode, and how they impacted game strategy and voting (whether they were used or
not). WAY too much reliance on the HIIs as a strategy, which if you think about it, made all the shifting alliances and blindsides possible.
