Much as I've enjoyed the season, it would have been a million times better had that damn stick not got in the way and taken out our Saviour.

Missing our Lord and looking forward to next week when he can (hopefully) grace us with his presence...

Amen.
I hope he's vocal at the reunion show. Actually, Jeff should just sit back and let JC host the reunion show. |

Post # 500 is given to Our Lord Jonathan with my deepest reverence.
I love to believe that the reunion show is going to be more than an hour simply to talk about everything that's happened and to give JC a chance to shine and to make sure everyone knows how he's doing now. Unfortunately, as much as I'm hating Micronesia the past couple of weeks, we're going to get two hours of watching people I can't stand and just a few fleeting seconds with the ones I love. Is it too much to pray for another resurrection? |

Jeff should just sit back and let JC host the reunion show.Over the past couple of years I've seen many posts discussing who would be the best replacement if Jeff quit - Jenna, Rupert, Rob C, Yul, and quite a few others were mentioned. But I never felt any of them were right, till now. I truly believe the one and only person who could really do the job would be Jonathan. He would be fantastic in the role. He has heaps of experience in TV land and would be great at calling people out, I think. |

Exactly, Aussie. Plus he probably has as pure a love of the game of Survivor itself as Jeff does. People knock Peachy alot around Sucks but one thing is very
clear--he believes in the purity and the veracity of the core game and he absolutely hates it when people mess around with it (like deliberately throwing
challenges, for example). If Jonathan hosted an edition of Survivor and saw contestants doing something that he felt tampered with the core game he'd
definitely call them on it.

Hey can anybody post a link to the stupid vote? I click on the link on the site and it takes me to the player of the week instead. And I am not amused. I
need to be voting for our Lord!
Also, Jonathan loves the heck out of the game, but I think he'd totally throw a challenge to accomplish game-goals. The challenges aren't the game, just one part of it. Like this season, he and Eliza would most likely have thrown a challenge to get rid of Parv and/or James. Throwing a challenge to vote someone out is a totally valid strategy (except the way Ozzy did it that time, when it really wasn't game-related at all, but simply because they didn't like Billy). It's like sacrificing your Queen in chess (at least I think that's a good comparison, I know chess about like I know physics). Anyway that's why I'd rather have Jonathan - he wouldn't get all pissy about stuff like that, and would probably give props to strategy for a change. Probst seems to think strategy is a moral failing half the time. Or at best it's for weaklings who can't go on brute force alone. |

Hiya Undies! **waves** Looking forward to meeting you. We can share some Jonathan lurve! Congrats on your great grades - in your honour, I'll have a
Vegemite sandwich and a Tim Tam.
Back to the subject of the host - I think Peachy is a great host, absolutely love the man, but if he ever did bow out, I just don't think they'd find anyone near as good as Jonathan who has a great knack for telling it like it is - I don't think they'd get much past him. Yeah, I would like a link too, so I can vote for our Lord and Master. |

Did anyone catch what number Jonathan was for the Sprint text vote? Is he #12?

Just voted. And I'm a pretty apathetic guy. Spread the word! JC's influence cures the ill!

I can't find where I got this link from:
http://intereality.tv/index-1.html I'm sure you all probably already saw it, don't know how I missed it before. Love how he addresses the "message board questioners" I'm like "Hey! that's US!!!" Jonathan for the $100,000!!! |

Thanks Deb. I had tried that link a few weeks ago, but it didn't work. Great stuff!!! I appreciate JP's honest answers and gut responses.
Again, I will ask...does anyone know if Penner is #12 on the Sprint text voting system? |

Debdesign--WOW!! How in the hell did you find that goldmine?!? Amazing stuff. Penner shouldn't worry too much, he didn't reveal anythng about the pay
scale and stuff that hasn't been discussed ad nauseum in Sucks and elsewhere, and he was careful to not reveal anything that hadn't happened up to the
episode that aired before the interview was taped (I think it helped that he had a minder from CBS sitting off camera making sure he didn't break the
rules).
My favorite Q&A in the lightning round: Q: Who do you want to play you in a movie version of your life? A: Heather Graham (water sprayed all over the screen for that one) I was a Captain Crunch kid (still love it occasionally), though I've graduated to Raisin Bran myself. And the eyes? Still impossibly blue. |
