It's great to have posters making elaborate arguments for an alternate winner at this late a date, but I'm afraid Parvati's a lock.

Relynn, the first ep is the key. Resurrecting Tina or Danni is statistically a non-starter. I'm convinced of Parvati's win because her edit has built the answer to her original plan to both be a flirt, play a better game, and most importantly, keep focused on the win.

Why is the Danni/Tina thing a non starter, that's not the only case where such a thing has happened. Those are two if not more examples of where the show has switched things up. Since "quiet people in the First episode" have won before, you can't write someone off just because they were quiet in the first episode.
I like Amanda as a player, she's one of my favorite players. But honestly, I don't even have the girl on my avatar. I would never attempt to attend a Survivor Finale or anything like that. I don't know the girl she's in reality in many ways a fictional character to me because I have practically no interest in what happens to her outside of Survivor...: I mean I wish her well...But I don't know her.

So honestly your statement is kind of insulting. We are allowed to have favorite players. And I'm also the type of person who enjoys debating with people, which is another reason why I'm here.

Nonstarter is a bit much. But those two examples are overwhelmed by the number of seasons in which the end can be traced back to the beginning. But, you're absolutely right in that any given season can be played like Survivor Outback again and we would have to give it the nod.

I have no sitcoms in my life. Sitcoms are smelly dead, like vaudeville. Seinfeld was my last. (And maybe the first two seasons of Mad About You). btw: Friends usually sucked too much to watch all the way through, too! :P

Sorry. I was over sensative. I see your point. I do get what your saying about it not happening much, and it's part of the reason why I'm kind of not sure that Amanda would win.. Because Parvarti's quote sounds like a winner's quote. BUT, I think that if it happens once in awhile, you can't just ignore it in edgic. Please don't get me wrong if Amanda was edited like Becky/Jen all season long then I totall wouldn't be arguing about her editing. It's one of the reasons why I've only recently been talking about Amanda as a winner. But Amanda's visibility has been increasing for quite a while now...So I think it's possible that she's getting a Danni/Tina type edit.
