yep! the pranks are what she was doing for the first 45 minutes of that chat i attended the other night... it was absolutely mind-numbing and that's when i finally asked if she was going to discuss anything bb related.

but you forgot to mention the equally inane little game they play... i can't remember her boyfriend's name but he was there on speakerphone with her the whole time and we had a stimulating version of "guess bf's underwear colors!" the winner (get this!) is allowed the PRIVILEGE of pm'ing amanda their phone number for a PERSONAL phonecall! the fantards excitedly typed their appreciation by filling the screen with a nauseating amount of "yessssssssssssssssssss," "buenoooooooooooooooooooooo" and the like while another idiot begged for amanda to play this game EVERY DAY because it's soooooooo much fun!

at that point, i had to excuse myself.

How does ANYONE go on Big Brother, KNOWING the feeds are on 24/7 and EVERYTHING they say and do is captured in recraps or youtube, then come out and claim they got a bad edit? Criminy!!!!!!!!!! He is such a fuckwad.

natalie said the same thing about her edit. it's mind-boggling considering her after-hours porn shows not only weren't shown on CBS, (obviously) they weren't even eluded to.

of all the edits in the house, nat & josh, imo, got away with the most embarrassing behavior. based on her q&a, the majority of her fans did not have the live feeds or read the mb's. one person who commented even said nat "never lied in the house." it's hard to debate someone that misinformed. i would have loved to post a few youtube links but it wasn't allowed.

and regarding amanda and her self-absorbed ego, it's easy to see how that happened. if she wasn't like that before bb, watching the fantards in her chatroom drool and fall all over her every time she logs on is sure to eventually convince a person they are a lot more relevent than they actually are. plus, you have these idiot interviewers asking questions like, "what does it feel like to be famous? have you gotten used to all your fans? "did your family ever think you'd be a celebrity? what is your next project?" etc etc.... personally, i have a problem referring to reality tv watchers as "fans." being on BB in no way makes a person a celebrity or famous and i think the word "fan" is grossly overused. at best it can make someone recognizable and if they're lucky enough to parlay the experience towards future jobs in the spotlight, great, but so far, there are very few BB hg's i'd consider famous and NONE that i'd call a celebrity. will, janie & dick are probably the most recognizable and have been able to get other gigs from it but to my knowledge, that's it.

that was a great chat. he grows on me more and more. in the house i wasn't sure i bought his story but he seems completely genuine and a really straight up honest, good-hearted person. i hope he does well and gets more opportunities out of this. and he totally deserves the HC gig over matt. wtf are they thinking? matt is good eye-candy but he can't offer any good commentary that i've ever seen.
