Don't remember the first song, but the second one was the one from Cars. Your 3 year old will be happy. :)

Yay, thank you Fresca! I've actually been TiVoing the results show all season...I'm suffering through my husband shooting 10 year old kids in Call of
Duty while I try to grade some papers. I'll make sure she gets to see her song tomorrow.
*please let Bitchface leave tonight* |

Totally missing from this series...Maks. The show basically sucks without him.

Having never watched the show before this season, for the most part I was unimpressed with that top 10, the only one that blew me away was Mel B, she was
great. That Mario Lopez dance couldnt hold a candle to that.
I've enjoy pretty much every Kristi dance more than most of those top 10 performances. I was really, really hoping Jason would go home, of course putting him in the "bottom 2" is to scare people into voting for him next week. |

Karina's constant bitchy eye rolls don't do much to help her and any of her partners get votes. Maybe someday she'll realize that.

Glad Karina is leaving, too...although I really liked Mario. He comes across as very classy. Plus, he's easy on the eyes. (Looks like an old boyfriend of mine.) |

I had to have been dreaming or hallucinating that for the last couple of weeks, Tom/Samantha had been talking about an upcoming MJ "Thriller" dance.
Do I need to schedule an appointment with a psychologist or was I not paying attention when the zombies danced? I tend to let my mind wander or do other
things while the show is on. I tune out all the interview, pre/post dance jibber jabber and just focus on the dances and, sometimes, the scores.

At this point, I want to slap both Cheryl and Christian waaaaaay more than I have ever wanted to slap Karina.

Would Mario Lopez have been #1 on the countdown if he wasn't on the show tonight? He was never very good on the show. I also don't know why they
didn't put Stacy's samba, the one she danced to "Bootylicious". And why didn't they include the gorgeous Viennese waltz from Mel/Maks,
with those splits they repeated on the show tonight?
At least Helio didn't dance. That depends on his partner. His season with Willa was still shit. His partnerships with Laila, Tia, and especially Mel were better. Why did we get so many closeups of the double chin of the Rascal Flatts singer? I wish I were surprised Mario is gone while Marissa and Jason are still there. He was one of the best this season and Len pretty much spat on him every single week. |

I actually really liked Mario. He was the only other person who could have been a decent winner besides Kristy (which is actually good, since now she's the
only one left to root for). And did anyone catch Karina's little "bye bye" wave when Christian was announced safe? At least she wasn't
deluded. I was so happy to see Mel and Maks again. They're amazing. This season needed him (with Kristy ideally, so he could finally get the trophy he
should have gotten last year).
One question, though, why was Jenny's cha-cha not there? And did anyone laugh at some of the dances (Emmit, Helio, Kelly) at how not great they were. I mean, how did those three win? Also, I figured Mario would make it, but why did they show the tango? His freestyle was amazing. In fact, why did they show a lot of the dances they did? I mean, Joey's jive? Apollo's quickstep? They were both great dancers, and those routines were good, but they aren't exactly their best ones (there freestyles come to mind). Did anyone else also find it funny that the four runner-ups they picked (Mel, Mario, Joey, and 3rd place Stacey), placed higher than the winners of the season (Helio, Emmit, Apollo, Drew). I agree that Mel >>> Helio, and Mario >>> Emmit, but I did prefer (only slightly, though) Apollo and Drew to Stacey and Joey. Also, won't Christian have to leave after next week? The "doctor" said surgery could be delayed for 1, maybe two weeks. One week has passed, and the finale ends in two weeks, meaning he shouldn't make the finals (unless they were just trying to be dramatic). |

littltimmy wrote: Yeah, Joey's jive was not his best. They should have picked his freestyle. And for Apolo - they should have picked his samba where julianne was dressed like a tiger? I can't remember the song, but I thought that was their best dance. |
