And it has an Emmy Award winner - Ms. Courtney Marit :applaud Cook Islands had actual Emmy awardwinner Rebecca Borman, it must be even better!!! Terry was fun to hate since he at least did some COLORFUL things like pissing everyone off with his ridiculous victory dances. Ozzy was the same but no fun to hate since he had even more OTT one-dimensional edit, a tiny vocabulary and did jackshit except swim well.

The whole thing when dan was voted out showed terry had no loyalty and they made the episode look and sound all heroic at the end with dan "stepping"
down (which to me is quitting). I guess what it really came down to is that the episode with dan just seemed so phony as there is nothing heroic about dan
quiting. Dan didnt have the right stuff for survivor; but the editing (with the music from the right stuff or something) just seemed so hypocritical and to
make dan "seem" like he had the right stuff. If dan had the right stuff, he would of pushed terry for at least a tie vote. And i think terry, should
of stuck by dan more (terry sort of played dan making it seem like it was dans decision to step down; but terry was pretty sly on how he worked dan).

Hey plat,
I don't think johnathon is in the same category as dan or janu; he made some mistakes; but he at least tried to stay in the game and i thought had some guts in the way he played. Dan and janu just gave up and really had no strategy at all. I think i would place ian in there with janu and dan though. |

EI will always be one of my top 3 favorite seasons. It definitely had the most diverse cast, just from a personality stance. Terry was a major douche bag, who
(I don't care what anyone says) did NOT deserve to make it as far as he did. he is arguably the most annoying Castaway ever! Second only to Lill from PI.
The combination of the last Casaya 5, was so dysfunctional that it probably can't be matched on on Survivor season. Shane and Courtney and (maybe) Cirie made that season amazing. |

Dan didn't quit. Terry just told him he was going to vote him out and Dan willingly accepted it.
He wasn't terrible. He was just on the more losing tribe, if it weren't for the Exile twist to save Sally then he would have made merge and could have gone decently far. |

EI is one of my favorite seasons; it got an amazing cast, good challenges, a fun merge and the best tribe of all times, Casaya! People in Casaya were so crazy,
that it's almost impossible not to like them. Especially Cirie - master of manipulation! - Shane - totally nuts! - and Bruce - Zen Garden Master? WTF?

He wasn't terrible. He was just on the more losing tribe, if it weren't for the Exile twist to save Sally then he would have made merge and could have gone decently far. And if Terry hadn't gotten rid of Ruth Marie, he would have definitely been in a great position. Getting rid of a potential 3-2 majority to save someone who hates you was the worst piece of gameplay all season (though nothing compared to about 80% of the Micronesia cast). Seeing Terry fail all season was more fun than any 30 second blindside could ever be. |

Terry is a hypocrite. Terry was calling aras immature while at the sametime he was acting more immature. He yelled at cirie just for laying her torch down in
the "wrong place" and in front of him- i guess he did not like walking around it . He then told cirie youd slap your kids around for laying that down
in the wrong place... just showing how terry probably treats kids and women. Then terry called aras out for loving his mom saying he has no idea what love is
until he is married:why the hell criticize someone for loving there mom.
And then on top of everything; terry was saying in the confessionals that he was holding back because he has to act like a 45 year old. I wonder how he normally acts because he was acting like an 11 year old to me. Maybe he normally acts like a 5 year old? |

But yes, she is much likely to flip than Ruth Marie. But he just wants to make sure that LaMina could go to merge with numbers, cause Sally was doing great at that challenge (balance one). I dont think its a bad call, since Terry could win any challenges in Final 5 against alpha boys like Austin and Nick, and its highly unlikely that the two boys will betray his alliance. |

i was saying dan quit. I still say he did as he never even tried to mount an arguement to terry as why he should stay. In fact what he said was something to
the effect that he screwed up the puzzle because he panicked and if he did that in space; he would be dead. What type of arguement is that to stay?

I loved to rewatch Exile Island. The worst episode (10th) was Bruce left the game and he went to hospital to check his health before the immunity challenge.
Therefore, the planned immunity challenge was moved on the following episode (11th) prior of the reward challenge.

remember EDITING, dan was even trying to get nick to vote out austin, I think they wanted "noble Dan" as opposed to "desperate, screwed by Terry, Dan" with the edit, same as they wanted "innocent backstabbed Yauman", not "game ruining Yauman" this season. Casual fans rarely like people who scheme and don't get their way. |

Yah, you guys are probably right about the editing thing and dan... It is interesting that the "editing" gave dan such a great send off being voted
off with the right stuff music playing in the background like he was some type of hero for being voted out.. that not dan's fault though; thats the
editing... maybe they should play that music everytime someone is voted out just to say through the editing... yah your being voted out but your still a hero
and you still have the right stuff. Imagine them playing that music when fairplay was being voted out...
