Yeah he'll be playing a doctor on GH
I just wish we could of gotten a goodbye scene with Stefano. I'll have to rewatch the scenes again with Marlena putting him in a coma. At least Marlena got revenge in the end. |

I sure hope GH doesn't put old Shawn Duh with Maxie (old Belle). That would ruin her delicious storyline with
Spinelli. She kicks ass on GH, btw. I hated her as Belle though. By the way, how did Ava's dad have Kate's cell number?that's a good question. I guess it is because he's a Mob boss and can get anything he wants? speaking of Ava's daddy-- who is that guy? I swear I should know him from some show twenty years ago or something. |

I'll bet Stephano does get to come back. There will be an uproar from Days "fans," and Days will bring Stephano back for a week to be killed off in some crazy way and then have everyone in Salem parade past his casket. Could be the biggest murder mystery in Days history, but it will end up being an orderly from his current care facility who got no thanks for the care he gave Stephano while Stephano was in a coma. |

Anne, Martino had Kate's # because he was a client back when she was street walking.
Suds, I don't think they'll bring back Steffie back. Joe is quite furious and I doubt they'll be a huge uproar. There was a huge Save Belle/Shawn when they were fired and nothing happened. More sad news about Joe though. His father died this week as well at 106. What a shitty week for Joe. |

This confirms it.Well to be fair it is one of the weakest categories. IMO it's Van Hansis to win. I heard Darrin's tapes were rather weak too. One was dancing with Stephanie at the Cheatin Heart. The only emmy worthy performance imo by Darrin was this year. When Steph confessed to Max that Ford raped her and we saw Max stay with Stephanie while she slept and at the end we saw Max crying. I don't know Rachel Melvin or Thaao's emmy tapes yet but Judi Evans is really good. Her first episode is with Bonnie when her and Connor were moving her husbands dead body. The second episode was of Adrienne trying to help Steve escape the mental hospital. Judi's actually getting alot of hype about her tapes. It seems the voters love that she played 2 different characters. One tape was comedy the other was dramatic. And she didn't cry. Michelle Stafford from Y&R said her and alot of other voters were turned off by all the crying tapes. |

It's official. Roscoe Born has joined the cast of Days of our Lives. From SOD: Daytime vet Roscoe Born (ex-Tom, Y&R; ex-Mitch, OLTL; ex-Robert, SANTA BARBARA and many others) has been cast as Dean Robbins on DAYS OF OUR LIVES. Robbins will have a connection to a current Salem resident. His first airdate is May 29. |

Roscoe plays a great bad guy.
I'm hearing he'll either be Max's biological father or Daniel's. I'm guessing Max's just because I think the show is wanting to seperate Max from the Brady's in order to keep Max/Steph together. |

He's probably going to be Max's dear old dad. Daniel looks old enough to be his little brother at least.
So if he is Max's pop, does this mean he will unadopt himself? A lot of fans have been going nuts about Max boinking his niece and if he would unrelate himself from the Brady's they would be a lot more accepted. I think they look good together, but I keep waiting for Steph to scream "Uncle!" |

For me it's not just the uncle/neice aspect. I find Max & Stephanie dull dull dull. The only girl that I found had chemistry with Max was Mimi.
I'd rather have Stephanie go after Nick.

I think it was pretty obvious during the Grandpa Shawn death week that Days would introduce Max's biological father. There was just too much focus on Max
and his feelings about losing Shawn, considering they rarely had any scenes together. I love Rosco Born, so I hope he's his usual bad ass self.

The casting has been amazing lately. Just this year we've gotten; Shirley Jones (Colleen), Tamara Braun (Ava), Joe Penny (Martino), Shawn Christian
(Daniel), Kevin Dobson (Mickey), Linden Ashby (Paul) & Roscoe Born.
Now only if Corday would fire the right people coughMAXANDSTEPHANIEcough instead of the likes of Julie Pinson, Joesph Mascolo and Martha Madison. Bit of a rumor/ spoiler... |

Anyone else heard rumors of cancellation after this year? A friend in the know said that when the current contract is up that NBC is not renewing because
they're done with soaps.
