S16 Finale Title: 'Stir the Pot!'

A final challenge maybe, where the winner gets to nullify one juror's vote? It could be anonymous and that juror wouldn't know their voted was nullified. Everything goes ahead as usual. It occurred to me while re-watching old series that this is a common jury question - "which jurors vote would you eliminate if you had the opportunity?" I know this is all groundless conjecture BUT I also thought about who may get their vote cut. Presuming Amanda/Parvati, if Parvati wins, she'd eliminate Ozzy - no question. If Amanda wins I reckon she'd eliminate Alexis - the only person who she has snaked (so far).

Posts: 1692 (05/05/08 6:49 PM) Registered User Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	Pavarti is the one who is blah, blah, blah all about LA...lalalal She is also the one that most of the players voted as "thinking" she was in control of the game....meaning they thought it was someone else. Only Pav and Natalie voted that Cirie thought she was in charge which is interesting. It can be endlessly debated whether everyone thought Cirie was controlling the gamre or whether they say Amanda as the leader. No matter... we only know that most of them DIDn't believe it was Pavarti. Even if they did believe that Cirie was controlling the game, if Cirie is not in the finals it is a moot point. Do not forget that Pavarti treated Eliza like she was a leper. She was absolutely rubbing her underdog status in her face every chance she got and made no secret that she [pavarti] wanted Eliza out virtually on day one. Pavarti never gave Eliza the time of day and it would be mind boggling to think that Eliza would throw a vote to Pavarti. I think that Eliza will vote for Pavarti when hell freezes over. As to the stirring the pot, I think this comes up at the final TC. When Pavarti tries to call out others for their "dirty deeds" at TC and tries to move the blame from herself to secure votes. The first person she will throw under the bus is Cirie, who is the person who first started floating the idea of voting out Ozzy. (even if Cirie isn't in the final, she will think that this might restore her into Ozzy's good graces) She will also try to pin the "coattail rider" label on Amanda however I think that Amanda will stand up for herself this time around. In an Amanda/Pavarti final I am thinking the votes will go: Amanda: James, Ozzy, Eliza, Jason (based on their reactions to Amanda pulling out the HII) Pavarti: Alexis and Natalie I can't really decide on Eric or Cirie. I can see Cirie voting for Amanda because she was rather disdainful of Pavarti's flirting tactics. (Yes I know that Amanda had a showmance as well but Pavarti was more overt in her strategy while I think Amanda was genuinely attracted to Ozzy.) I also think that Amanda has a shot with Eric because even though she called him out, she did make a huge play when she found the HII and used it with such skill. A true survivor fan would appreciate that. Just as an FYI, I really don't have a clue if any of this will pan out. LOL

No matter... we only know that most of them DIDn't believe it was Pavarti. Huh? Almost every juror who's been voted out has made a some comment about how Parvati was controlling the game, or playing the best game, or some variation of that. And on the show, they all seemed to treat Parvati as the leader of the alliance. (For instance, even though Eliza was closest to Cirie, when she wanted to know if all the favorites were going to vote together, the person she asked about it was Parvati.)

So what? That doesn't mean that they have to vote for Paravti. They can easily say. Great job, Paravati you backstabbed everyone, so all wanted to take you to the end. But you were dumb enough to take Amanda/Cirie to the end. Two people who made a lot less promises and backstabbed a lot less people. You got to the end alright but your end game sucked.

That was an elaboration of the post above me, which refuted that the tribe doesn't see Parvati as a power player. I have Cirie in a pool at work and was hoping she'd win!
