Add: Jason's blunder was the same as Ozzy's, but Jason had already seen the same thing happening to Ozzy, so it is supposedly bigger. It doesn't necessarily strike viewers that much, because it had already happened, but still it is bigger.

The thing is that why would Cirie/Parvati/Amanda want to con Erik, wont they have the numbers either way if Erik or Natalie win immunity. The only way would be if they convince Erik to give up Immunity so they can vote him out.

Jason, in saying, "I mean who does that" (refering to giving away the II), means that he was dying to go on and slam eric for his soon to happen huge blunder. that's my take on it. probably wanted to make himself feel better and seem less stupid for having trusted the girls and not playing his idol when he had the chance to. so its like he was dying to remind people, who actually would do something as stupid as giving away the idol. ie even a dumber mistake than his. eric and jason definitely don't like each other. and so i'm pretty sure eric really does give the idol away. because its 5 of them so there's no way a tie could happen. so i don't see how the voting can be split such that eric would believe its right he gives up his idol. surely he won't give up his idol and sacrifice.. because he's definitely playing the game to win it. has no long term plan whatsoever. no ability to form true allies. just is alone floating on the clouds living in his own dreamworld. lol |

So they would have three votes...enough to send Parvati or Amanda home...but Erik is supposed to think that giving up the immunity necklace is necessary in

Perhaps Erik will do something stupid, but its probably not as dumb as just giving away immunity. I think that if Erik goes home, it'll be because both sides (presumably Cirie/Natalie and Parvati/Amanda) want him to join there side, and he gets caught going back and forth and gets voted out because all 4 girls dont want their fates in his hands. The more I think about it, I think Erik should make the final 4. I really dont understand what him being the biggest physical threat has to do with him being the biggest threat to win the game. He's just kind of bounced around and had a lot of luck and fortunate events occur. Jonathan and Kathy going out of the game likely eliminated 2 immunity challenges his tribe would have to win....and he would have been out of there if they had lost one more. Ami's game fell apart, and Erik benefited from that. Both Ozzy and Jason being targeted for blindsidings helped him slide under the radar.....then he won two immunities, and James went home, which (with Amanda's immunity) caused Alexis' blindsiding. What has Erik really masterminded or controlled in the game? Does he even have any real allies? Especially ones who arent strongly allied to remaining players? The more I think about it, the more I think they'd be stupid to boot him. That being said, Erik probably goes home, but doing so could be a big blunder for either Cirie, Parvati or Amanda by not eliminating one of the other two as a bigger end-game threat. |

This is just my opinion. If Erik gives up immunity, I think he believes he is forcing them to vote out Amanda. He must take seriously Parvati/Cire offering him a final 3 deal. He then probably gives immunity up to Natalie to save her, and that Amanda gets voted out. Instead it just gets him voted out. |
