Nate deserves so much better.Nate is one of the most boring main characters or maybe it's the actor. I mean, he's pretty to look at but that's it. I guess that's enough in high school. |

Wasn't there a spoiler some where that G had a sex tape on S? If someone hadn't read the spoilers, how the hell would they know you weren't referring to an actual spoiler? Which I still don't know you weren't, since I haven't read the spoilers and don't intend to. If you aren't bullshitting and were in fact referring to a promo rather than a spoiler, then maybe you need to word things more clearly. Now it's Dan's turn to get all jealous, but hopefully they won't turn it into a stupid love triangle. Yeah, that would be the dumbest plot point they could possibly take. Well, the only one dumber than having her and Nate hook up.

Her character makes the show slightly bearable.. otherwise it would just be another "pretty white kids with problems" rehash. Nate does not
"deserve better", he had the personality of a used napkin until he started dating Vanessa.

Ok, so one thing I was wondering, didn't B have an asian sidekick to go with the black one? If so, what happened to her? The black sidekick also looks
different.
ETA: After some research, it seems black girl is the same and asian girl left the show: The show is also awash with secondary characters such as Isabel Coates (played by Nicole Fiscella) and Kati Farkas (Nan Zhang). The loyal deputies of Blair, Isabel and Kati are nonetheless in awe of Serena. During the second part of the first season, other members of their clan were introduced Elise Wells (Emma Demar), Hazel (Dreama Walker) and Penelope (Amanda Setton), the new leader after Blair's social crash and burn, while Nan Zhang left the show

I remember they said something about Kati having to move to Israel or something.
And the show is ABOUT pretty white kids with problems. Vanessa's a bore and it's like she was inserted just to be a foil to Blair, but she does a really shitty job of that.If Nate had the personality of a used napkin, I'm sure he wouldn't have punched his own father in the face and told the police to search his pockets when he had drugs on him. Used napkins don't do exciting things like that. Since the breakup with Blair, he hasn't had much of a storyline, but Nate has a TON of personality. Sorry you can't see it. Rewatch the pre-strike episodes. |

And in regards to the other "spoiler" - I've seen it mentioned in a bunch of promos too, so I didn't think the poster meant to use the term. As one of the "fuckshits", I edited my comment out (I'm new here and didn't want to piss anybody off), but it would be great if people could be a tiny bit nicer in the future. |

Also Nate is as bland as a main character as you can get. Maybe it's the actors chops, but his storylines are as exciting as watching paint dry. He was only made marginally interesting when he was paired with Blair and pining after Serena, but that storyline was only good because of the girls. He had nothing to do with it. |
