Funny how we haven't seen word of that since episode three. But we HAVE seen it. They've reiterated it several times, once in last night's episode when Amanda approached Cerie about whether she would be voted off. Cerie said she expected the F3 to be her, Pov and Amanda. Also when they voted Ozzy out Pov and Cerie both reassured Amanda that the F3 would be the three of them. BTW Based on Cerie's comment as she made her vote (as seen on the Insider), and her very big smile when Amanda pulled out the idol, I'd say Amanda let her know ahead of time that she'd found it.

We've had several 4-3 seasons which could all arguably had a 4-4 tie if the 10th place person had been added and a 5-4 for season that would have been 4-4 if if the 12th place person had been dropped. I think a 4-4 jury vote is a disaster. Why does this show have to mess with what doesn't need to be messed with. A jury of 7 and a final 2 worked fine for 12 seasons and there was no need to change it just because MB was upset that Terry didn't win.

They gave both Terry and Amanda a meal as the "advantage". China was incredibly lame, 2x in a row, hopefully not. As Jedi so elloquently posted in the 'Survivor Phoenix' thread in Spoilers this is the prefect time to cross them up with a planned F2, since it points to yet another [ho hum]F3[/ho hum]. I agree Coach it's stupid to leave a tie open. They never should have gone to an F3, which obviously has it's own issues, including a tie possibility. The F2 with 7 jurists worked just fine.

Less betraying? Last I checked, Alexis wanted to vote out Amanda. Blaming Amanda for turning the tables is just being self-entitled. Let's assume the finals will have all favs at this point. Erik and Natalie are gonners. It's all a matter of whether there are 2 or 3 sitting in front of the jury. Jury sentiment most goes to Amanda. She "betrayed" the least and has the most friends. Amanda would beat Parvati and likely beat Cirie, although that would be close. And Amanda's edit has SUCKED (although it has been better than Danni's in my opinion). She's been much more involved in the voting for quite a while and throughout the merge. If Amanda gets booted, then who would win among Cirie and Parvati? Cirie's decision needs to be rectified next week to make sense to the viewer. If she knew about the idol, then it needs to be explained to us to get her back on track of being a mastermind. My edge still goes to Cirie.

Parv was raised on a commune, I'm sure she can give decent answers to such a questionn. Parv has a couple advantsges over Amanda in facing the jury: 1. The mastermind always wins, unless your name is Mariano or someone from the minority tribe like Danni males it to the end. 2. Parvati has a university degree and is better spoken than Amanda, who left home at 16 to model and doesn't appear to have attended university.

Ozzy doesn't like Parvati. That's about it. Alexis likes her and will vote for her. Natalie likes her and will vote for her. Jason will vote for her (he's practically said as much in his interviews). Eliza will vote for her if it's a choice between her and Amanda. That's already enough votes for her to win and we haven't even gotten to Cirie (if she's on the jury), James and Erik (whose vote Amanda may have screwed herself out of this week). This is nothing like Boston Rob or Steph. Not even close.

Is that the sort of insight winners have? It strikes me more like Stacey telling how giving how school supplies may her realize how privileged her childhood had been. Yay, Cirie grew from her experience, she can go home any time now.

In an interview he just stated that he's rooting "for my baby Amanda" and that Amanda just being on the Island inspired him.. And he's been praising her game play. She was the one person he'd definetly want to take to the final 3 as well. Amanda is his girl, and probably the Surivor he's closest to.. Alexis has made some noise in interviews which suggests she might vote for Amanda. Who knows how Natalie will feel after Parvati betrays her. Eliza is a toss up. We've seen animosity between her and Paraviti and nothing between her and Amanda on the show. Now, maybe that's a misdirection but who knows. Erik might still vote for Amanda, if Amanda perhaps apologizes...She still DID help him out at merge, and it looks like in previews, Cirie/Paravati royally put a number on him. Who knows. Not sure about Stephanie because it took a while for the prospective jurors to share their feelings. However, I don't see Parvati showing this great game-playing skill that completely outshines Cirie by any means. There would be a LOT of discussion at the finale if Parvati were to beat Cirie along the lines of why the hell this could be. I'd expect major questions asked by Probst to the jury members why on Earth they thought Parvati was such a better player than Cirie. That would be VERY interesting. On the other hand, I can't see Parvati having a chance against Amanda in the finals. Ozzy, James, Eliza are all locks for Amanda if she makes it to the end. It's hard to say with Jason. With the condescending attitude Amanda showed against Erik at last TC, I'd actually think Amanda would have lost Erik's vote. But that could be a toss up as well. Cirie's closer to Amanda than Parvati. Plus, Cirie knows that Parvati was not responsible for game-changing moves and therefore would not give Parvati credit. Bottom line is that Amanda beats Parvati. Amanda PROBABLY beats Cirie. Between Cirie and Parvati it may actually be a toss up but it would seem that an edge might go to Cirie. Amanda was part of a main alliance and stuck to it while turning into an underdog. That's two big assets going for her. Oh yeah, plus a successful use of the idol. It's not so much about betrayal and being hated this season. I thought it might be after Ozzy's boot. Instead, it's about where the jury would give credit where they perceive credit is due in terms of game playing. What used to be a Cirie/Parvati game is now an Amanda/Cirie/Parvati game. It gets suddenly more interesting with no definite spoilers.

Someone said that about Ethan too...I think it totally depends a part of me thinks that means Amanda doesn't win. But I can't get over Eliza's FTC where she talked about how people make the mistake of taking someone likeable to the end, and someone's making a million dollar mistake this time. That could be serious forshadowing over how Paraviti loses.
