After watching episode 5 you can't help but LOVE her if you haven't already. The person fired was not the person I was expecting either!
Overall I loved the ice cream task followed by the fish market the most.

I actually was kind of expecting (and hoping) the person that got fired to get fired because there was so much focus on the other two.
Shocking how Lucinda turned out to be a decent manager. Great task with a completely surprising win. I did not expect the other team to break past the other with their one big deal because the other one had closed two big deals. I love the editing on this show. They don't make it obvious unless it's a complete rout. And they'll show both good and bad on both teams so you keep switching between who you expect to win. They also leave small clues as to the things that will get brought up in the boardroom and not make it too obvious at first. Very nice ep. The taste taste with two drunks outside a pub was hilarious. |

She can assess my risk anytime if ya know what I'm sayin. I also love Helene. Shes such a classy broad with her yelling "fucking bullshit" off camera at the end of the episode at Lucinda. |

Great, great ep. I like the ones where both teams essentially 'win' it's jut one makes a bit more money than the other with no major disasters.
While both sides made mistakes neither was really a fatal blow. Just one group got a bigger deal in the end. Makes you not wonder how these people are
successful at anything.
I was pulling for a Lucinda win just because she was so dismissed by everyone it would have been awesome but she a) didn't get fired and b) was praised by Margaret and a few others as being a good manager. Ice princess Jennifer mentioning the 'ice queen' comment after the firing and then being greeted by crickets was hilarious. Justified firing though he could have fired Jennifer for making that exclusivity deal with the theatre and Lucinda for not asserting herself more when she wanted to mix up the teams. Lindi being fired made the most sense. That GIF needs to stick around and pop up a la Omorossa./racism. |

I'll make sure and repost it after Sir Alan hires Lucinda to be the apprentice. <33333

A lot more usually goes on in the boardroom than is shown. Sir Alan always brings up things from people's CVs and educational background so it's clear
he studies all the documents carefully and he usually takes outside factors into consideration with his firings. For instance, this week Lucinda proved to be a
capable manager despite losing. Jennifer had not had any major mishaps before and probably had a good background that showed she was good in other areas. I
think Sir Alan simply felt that Lindi had nothing more to show other than being a decent salesperson, which was why she was fired. In fact, I suspect he
already had her marked out from the moment she came up with the 24 hour laundry hotline.

I believe that you may get your wish, Joaqenix. Sir Alan is going to hire a woman this year since it's clearly due for a token woman to win this show.

I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that Lucinda winning would be the happiest day of my life.
I think the show is building to a Claire vs. Alex final two though. There were lots of epic shots of them in the past episode, and they've both had a ton of screen time without being fired yet. So this is the first UK season I've watched. Are the other three worth tracking down/which one is best? |

I think the show is building to a Claire vs. Alex final two though. You can't judge how far a contestant goes through editing on this show though. In the past three seasons the show built up the runner-up as the person to root for, only to have that person lose to an unworthy heifer. You can, however, expect one of the current roster of loud-mouthed irritants to end up in the F4. There has been one every season. |

The other 3 seasons are totally worth it. I think S2 had the best F2 and a worthy winner (though the runner up was just as worthy). Even if you weren't
happy wiht the winner the seaosn itself was a great watch.

Season 3 was a great season with a great winner, although the runner up was robbed I think Simon did a fantastic job.

Ok, sweet, I'll try and watch the other three.
You can, however, expect one of the current roster of loud-mouthed irritants to end up in the F4. There has been one every season. Well I guess Claire is in the F4! Yay. Is there a rule about the hottest guy ending up in the F4? If so Alex is safe too (now that Ian's gone anyways). *dancing muffin* |

No but they do usually let the fuggos in the F4 (Tre... shudder).

Hey, come on, you can't call S1 Paul and Syed fuggo, can you? They are HOT. Oh, and Tre is hot too, but he's so much hotter when he's gagged so
there's that.

Spoilers from all over, of dubious kind so who knows whether they are correct or not. Don't read, darlings, if you don't want to be ruined.
1. Alex is in the F2. 2. Either the two Jennies or Lucinda/Helene will be double-fired next episode for attempting to bribe folks from dealing with the other team. Sir Alan wanted people to know that this is an unprecedented firing, but yeah, everything is unplanned on this show and I believe that. Folks are leaning towars the two Jennies getting fired because this is something they will definitely do. Rumor has it, the two women nearly come to blows in the boardroom. |

Why didn't you use spoiler tags if those are true Miss Alley?
I watched episode 6 and I was thrilled with the person fired. Good riddance I say. Not a good episode as the ice cream selling but a satisfying outcome. |

Just saw it too. Completely agree there. The person that got fired not only completely deserved it, that person went forward and made themself the only person
that could possibly get fired. It was a fuckup of massive proportions and you could see where it was going the moment they decided on their concepts. There was
even one moment where I was reminded of the cat calendar fiasco. Hilarious!

Alex? I fucking hate that guy.
Michael seems to have some mental problem, I think Sir Alan already hated him for his behaviour in Ep6 Rafe is doing pretty good recently, I just love his idea of Singles' Day, but I wonder why Michael would ask him to do the pitching, I dont really think he's too good at it (I would think that Lee, Jennifer or Helene would do a better job). He seems to have the whole thing, leadership (inspire his team really well), creativity, sales. The environment idea of the other team is RIDICULOUS. Lee is pretty UTR now, I guess its time for him to be PM, I really like him until he bashes Sarah All other girls are either useless (Sarah, Lucinda) or royal bitch (Jennies, Helene, Claire) |

Can somebody post a cap of Margaret's reaction to Michael's outburst? It was hilarious. I kept rewinding the episode to that moment where Michael had
lost it.

Michael has the best reactions of anyone in this series. He has been dancing around and generally being an easily excitable guy. And I can't get over his
last name being Sophocles of all things.
