I know most hate Ava's character but I love her. Anyone that can mess with Kayla is fine by me. I'm really enjoying Philip lately. It's much nicer seeing the writers have him follow Victor's footsteps then have him being a whiny army brat. I'm loving his rivalry with John. Don't like the Nicole marrying Philip part. I'm really starting to like the possibility of having a Philip & Morgan pairing. I'm guessing we'll be hearing that Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe) will be leaving soon. Chloe has no storyline at all and once the secret of Brady comes out she'll be reduced to nothing storyline wise. Chelsea & Daniel are rather gross. Daniel could be paired up with many other women. I would of loved to have seen Daniel with Billie. I'll feel bad for Nick when Chelsea dumps him. Nick has stood by Chelsea's crap for along time. Nick will probably leave the show but I'd like to see him hook up with someone else. I'd love a Chloe & Nick romance. Steph & Max is another eww. Incest is not Must See TV. I could maybe understand them as a couple if they had chemistry but they don't. No Tony/Anna= Big thumbs down.

I hope they keep her on the looney side -- evil looney. I'm hoping Max and Stephanie stopped when they did to avoid the incest thing, although neither seems to care. Why don't the writers? Still love the NuJohn. I'm really liking the John/Philip rivalry, and Philip sure looks good!!!! I also like the reinvention of John/Marlena; taking a couple that's been together forever and making them new again. Small bravo on that.

I liked him with Belle, he made her seem more human and not the perfect princess. I can see possibilities if they put him with Morgan. The Ava storyline is stupid, but Tamara Braun does a great job being crazy. I hope TIIC will find a place for her in Salem. Max and Stephanie - keeping it all in the family. Pardon me while I hurl.

So I guess it's all in how you view a non-blood uncle boinking his non-blood niece. To me, uncle is uncle. Stephanie's dating her mother's brother. It's just creepy, and it's just because the show cannot find any new young males that can act (Jeremy and Jett!!!!) Max could have taken up with Morgan, but other than Stephanie stealing Nick from Chelsea, there's no where for Stephanie to turn in her age range. I mean, look at what they're doing to Chelsea..pairing her with someone twice her age. Of course, that doen't seem to bother her grandma.

The emmys actually like Days :o Rachel Melvin (Chelsea) was nominated for Younger Actress. Darrin Brooks (Max) was nominated for Younger Actor. Judi Evans (Bonnie/Adrianne) was nominated for Supporting Actress. Thaao Penghlis (Tony/Andre) was nominated for Lead Actor. Writing & Directing noms haven't been announced yet. Finally! I am hoping that even when NuJohn gets his memory back that he'll stay more like he is now than the old version. The new one has injected life into the show. And I could not be more grossed out when Steph and Max were almost going to have sex. Ewwww. Just ewwww. The writers are truly fucked up, but then they want to poison a dog in the storyline too so I shouldn't be surprised.

I have friends who have adopted, and there is NO WAY that they'd want their kids to date each other or their cousins or uncles or what have you. it's INCEST. I too love the new John, and hope he never gets his old (non) personality back. what did he say to Marlena about the old John? something about him having a bland personality... it was funny how he worded it. Tony/Anna "They reunite and we won't see them at work as much as we have." My Take: Leave it to DAYS to basically drop the best storyline. As much as we have? We only fucking see them once or twice a week. Looks like Tony & Anna will leave soon well, everyone here knows that I simply adore Tony, and love that he and Anna are in the show. I am hoping that his Emmy nomination will somehow help keep him around and with an actual storyline. However, this idiot writer seems clueless about how to do that. I want the Strike Writers! they did a good job. I think Philip and Morgan could be good. If they pair Philip with Nicole it will be truly gross and unbelievable. in the first place, she looks OLD. how old is she? she looks about 35 or 40. Plus, she's an alcoholic. no sane man would take that on. also, she tried to kill TWO men!! I don't know why any of these guys even looks at her. She is NOT hot, imo. she's a hag. Shoot, even Anna looks better than Nicole, and she's old enough to be her mother. I HATE that Lucas is returning! The storylines were actually good for awhile there. I knew it was too good to be true.

The bosses did it by calling Joe and telling him he was being let go. Joesph Mascolo is not a happy camper and his furious with the show. We won't even see a goodbye to him as he won't be filming a goodbye. Stefano will remain in a coma. This will likely be the last of Joesph as Stefano. I doubt Joesph Mascolo would ever return.

Even if Sami and EJ do get together, they will now be a boring couple. The evil has been squeezed from them. I can't say I'm sorry to see the character of Stephano go, but I feel Days owes it to the actor and character to let him go out in style. No need for Stephano anymore with NuJohn, Victor & Philip, and Ava's dad. By the way, how did Ava's dad have Kate's cell number? I'm kinda wishing Kayla would kick Steve to the curb. She could have a fling with Dr. Dan. Since their return, Steve and Kayla have been one big snoozefest.

Not like it matters, Danny. Barring a ratings miracle, DOOL will be off the air in 10 months. But this is sad news, indeed. Stefano is probably the most memorable character on the show after Tom and Alice Horton and Marlena Evans. He drove storyline for the last 25 years; Mascolo deserves better. I always knew Ken Corday would drive his parents' show into the ground sooner or later; it looks like sooner is upon us.

Phuz1...Ken Corday has ben driving this show into the ground for a long long time. And with every new storyline, he continues to find ways to turn off viewers. Max and Stephanie/Chelsea and Dr. Dan/Collen Brady for six episodes/Chloe and Nicole. The love of NuJohn is certainly an accident. And absolutely Stephano deserves a big send off worthy of his character. I can't stand the character, but Stephano has been a big part of Days, impacting every character, and he deserves to go out in a worthy manner. Is old Shawn Douglas going to GH? I thought I saw something in one of the soap mags while in line at the grocery store?????
