Because she's a motivational speaker. Duh.

Just the fact that Alexis was the person voted "most honest" or whatever it was in the reward challenge is reason enough for me to want to vote her
out. Who wants to sit next to that in the final TC?
They made the right decision of voting for Alexis. |

of motivational speaker. You don't want to let someone like that to get in front of the jury. Remember Todd was able to convince a lot of the jury to vote
for him based on his jury performance.

Plus the odds are that Cire won't win a final 3 endurance, and she wasn't in an aligned pair. They can also easily get Cire back on their side for a third vote if they have too. For example, Erik doesn't win immunity they can easily go and say we have to get him out now. Natalie/Alexis where another aligned pair in the game. You don't want to leave an aligned pair in the game until the final 4. |

I agree you don't want to sit next to Cire, but you don't want to go to the final 4 with an aligned pair (Alexis/Natalie). By taking out Alexis they
can either go with Natalie or Cire to the final 3. It gives them more options. Plus Amanda probably knows if Erik doesn't win the next immunity that he is
gone.

"I don't want to go up against Alexis at the end.....she's a motivational speaker for crying out loud"
Amanda said it herself at the final 10. While she preffered Natalie to go home, she also agreed with Parvati on the Alexis=jury threat thing, so it was good for either of the fan girls to go home for her. |

Whatever happens now, I expect that the F4 will be an attrition-based challenge and the jury vote will happen at the F3. This means that Erik, Amanda, or Natalie is guaranteed in. At this point, unlike the Fiji season, it's pretty much up for grabs. |

That actually would have been interesting--it would come down to Erik and Cirie on the revote, presumably without getting to confer.
But at this point, she doesn't KNOW she lost to Todd; she might know she bombed her jury performance, but she might not realize just how much so, and probably thinks Courtney wouldn't get votes.
What's interesting is that now that there were two to leave last week, we have 5 with a Thursday show and then the finale...so either next week, nobody leaves, or there will be just one boot in the 2-hour finale, or there will be an F2 instead of F3. I'm guessing it's the second option, and hoping that leaves room for a lot more jury questions! |

I think Parvati and Amanda are in a bit of trouble because they showed their hand - that they were tight and weren't going to screw each other over. IF the
rest are smart, then they'd triple up and go after those two.
Unfortunately, I think only Cirie is the smart one of those three. |

They played it perfectly, if Parv and Amanda want to go to F3 together. You have 2 more boots, you don't want Cirie and/or Alexis in the F3. Get rid of
Alexis now, then Cirie thinks she's still in w/ the alliance and blindside her next time. You take Erik or Nat to the Finale 3, perferably Erik.

Cleary WatchmeNext you have no clue.
I'm surprised she didn't vote out Catlady - clearly that was all Amanda and "I have the immunity idol Parv so I want Alexis gone" Amanda wanted Catlady gone before Alexis. It was Prav who wanted Alexis voted out. Amanda gave into Prav wishes. She did not demand to have her choice voted out. Amanda agreed because Prav convinved her that Alexis would be a bigger threat then Catlady to win jury votes. |

I bet it was because - Alexis had a thing with Ozzy and because of that she always had smthg against Alexis and therefore the boot of Alexis over Nat.
What Amanda didn't realise is........ since both Alexis and Ozoz are at LosersLodge aka Ponderosa together, they'd be having sweet lovin' all night long. |

Amanda won't win because she didn't realize how bad she sucked at the China final TC. She'll place second or third, again.

This reminded me of when they voted out Heidi over Jenna, even though Heidi was like "hi, I'm injured." Except in this case, Alexis may actually
have done well in front of the jury. Being a motivational speaker would definitely help her. Also, wasn't she voted most likable (or something like that)
during the reward challenge? Based on personalities, I think this was probably a smart move. Even if Natalie makes it to the jury, I don't know how well
she'll do there. Most of her confessionals are "I'll bitchslap him" or "he's a bitch." Not exactly an eloquent speaker.
