So Hurley was committed BEFORE Kate's trial (since he didn't know about Jack and Aaron), and this FF takes place after Kate's trial. And maybe the timeframe is 2007 (last year)? I believe the Yanks swept the Sox in a 5-game regular season series? I dunno. Either that or we're in an alternate timeline.
