Tyra: Well I think we really put ourselves on the map in the first leg. We showed that models can race just as good as anyone else. You might say, we're the greatest role models the world has ever known. Janice: My jaw kinda hurts from blowing Phil. Tyra: Jeez, Janice, I'm trying to be inspirational here! Can't you try to conduct yourself with a little more decorum? Janice: Well I'm sorry, but that Phil is one hell of a man. I sent him off in style last night, the way only Janice can... now that's my kind of everlasting gobstopper. It's a shame he won't be around at every pit stop. Tyra: I'm serious, girl, you've got to reign in the slut act. It's detracting attention away from me, and you've gotta learn that I am the center of the universe and respect that. This race, in fact everything in the world, should revolve around me. Janice: Yeah, well just keep eating like you have been lately and you'll be a virtual planetoid soon enough... Tyra: That's enough. Now we're gonna go out today and show the world just how brilliant Tyra can be. Janice: Well, that suits me fine. The island, with a population of less then 100,000 people, is part of Spain's Balearic Islands, albeit the island's history has seen it under British and French rule also. In 1802, the Treaty of Amiens finally gave Spain control of the island, which is now a popular tourist and residential destination.
