And to the person who said having weight on you is healthier than being skinny, this MAY be true to a certain extent. I and the majority of people I know are at perfect weight or slightly under, and I know we are much healthier than the fats of the world.

I love Kelly to death, but I'd hate for her to develop serious problems because she is too lazy to exercise and/or eat correctly.

Even when Kelly was heavier, it doesn't mean she was unhealthy. People's bodies are different, and losing a bit of weight for her might actually be very unhealthy. A fluctuating weight is not good, I'll give you that, but don't assume Kelly is healther at a lower weight. You'd have to give her a series of blood and fitness tests to determine that. So please stop the whole "the fats of the world" speech - it's demeaning to everyone. You can't say whether somebody is too skinny or too fat for their body's health just by looking at them. And anyway, being thin or slightly underweight might appear healthier to you now - but at 24 and at my normal weight (which is slightly underweight), I happen to be at a serious risk for osteoporosis. Oh, and there's a reason slightly underweight people can't be blood donors. So don't make assumptions.
