Yeah to expand on that point, I am really tired of people having to commit crimes or borderline committing crimes for laughs in commercials these days. I can't think of a specific example but a fun game to pass the time during TV is to watch the ad's for crimes and seeing how many show that. I am talking about physical violence and theft and stuff.

Also how men are always stupid in commercials, I mean it's bad for women too but I feel like men get more abuse, there's always some dumbass who needs beer and can't get it, can't choose his detergent without a woman there, or needs a woman to choose a new food or toilet paper or something. Although there is a reason for it... women make the purchases. But still.

I also hate the ad for VW, where the yuppie and/or hippie couple is standing by a car and then the alarm goes off, and they are totally freaking out "ZOMG HONEY MAKE IT STOP PLEASE /cry QQ /cry QQ" and it's a guy who has the keys pressing the alarm, and for some reason the dealer is complicit in this strange torture and nobody is pissed that a alarm keeps screeching inside the dealership. Where the decibles in real life in a echoing small showroom would be like 110 or something.
