Also, if this is a game of good v. bad, Widmore v. Ben, are we really sure whose side is the "good" side?
Interesting that we believed Sayid to be working "for" Ben. In Sayid's mind, at least now, he's working with him.

Why would Ben wait till October 2005, about 9-10 months after the fact, to avenge Alex's death? Perhaps there is no control over whatever his "leave
the island" mechanism is? Meaning he has no idea where he will wind up and when? So he wears the parka on the chance he winds up in the arctic. In the
desert he can ditch the coat. Better that than wearing khakis in Siberia. That would also explain all the different passports and currency he carries.

The flashforwards are still getting close to the "rescue that isn't suppose to be a rescue". Sayid will probably have his gun on the side of
Penny's head at some point in the future. Will he shoot? I guess he won't and Ben will kill Sayid.
The cut on Ben's arm will help us link the timeframe at some point. Maybe when all hell breaks loose on the island and the O6 gets out, something will happen to Ben and we'll know that moments after that, he'll be sun tanning with his winter coat in the Sahara. |

Here Riliss -- I'll tell you to fuck off to your face. Did you need to call the poster retarded for having an opinion? What a small person you rae. |

Sera - I thought the same thing when I heard Hurley say that line "Australia is the key to the whole game, dude." Could there be some truth to that
somehow related to the Losties' story and them crashing on the island? Hmmm. Did anyone else notice the smirk on Ben's face after Sayid practically
begged to work for/with Ben? That was priceless. Michael Emerson is an awesome actor.

Re: The cut - Here are photos of the doc's face from last night's episode and The Constant.
Here's the URL for the 2nd one if you want to see it bigger: http://bp0.blogger.com/_Hxnvg45zlCw/R8efPIEXsTI/AAAAAAAAAPI/Hi_kdB55g0c/s1600-h/vlcsnap-00089.jpg Okay, I obviously don't post here often and can't figure out why the "Ok" button in the Insert a link action isn't responding. Sorry about that. |

Leave Riliss alone. Sometimes he forgets to take his Sucks hat off before coming to the LOST forum.
And I think it's ironic that some of you who have blatantly offended users in this forum are making your little remarks about Riliss not being so nice. I think that's very funny. Quit acting. Any way...back on topic. |

Who has the most to gain to have Nadia killed? Widmore or Ben? I think it's obvious. And Ben "appearing" in Tunisia just after Nadia's
murder is coincidence? I think not.

You guys are probably on top of this, but Edgar Halliwax was one of Marvin Candle's names, namely in The Orchid

That's a possibility, but this particular access point appears to be directly related to the Cerberus security system (based on what we saw last night).
I'm thinking the Orchid Station is the hot spot for time travel. Last night could also explain why Ben has so many passports and currency on hand for
'time excursions' off the island.
Inevitably the only ones who know for sure are the producers, and I don't expect concise answers any time soon. S. |

amazing episode. not sure if this one or the desmond/penny one is the best this season. i think that one was probably a little bit better written but this one
was more exciting.
all in all, i think this has arguably been the most consistently good season. the juliet episode was a bit of a clunker and i wasn't a huge fan of the michael episode either, but it's been action packed and has really moved the story forward. Also, if this is a game of good v. bad, Widmore v. Ben, are we really sure whose side is the "good" side? i think we will get turned on our heads on this a few more times. up until the end of the third season, ben was clearly the "baddie," but we are meant to see him as at least the lesser of two evils now. we were ready to believe widmore was a villain, partly because the first intro showed him as such an asshole (but there may have been a reason for that -- maybe he had some inkling that desmond was dangerous for penny and wanted to keep them apart. or knew that desmond needed to get isolated and sent to the island. who knows) it may ultimately be that they are neither or both and somebody on the island (jack/kate, locke) become opposed to both ben and widmore. god i love this show.

You're welcome, Sera. The new logo might be the one belonging to the Orchid Station which was introduced to Lost fans this past summer via video at Comic
Con.

No. Not Alex. I could not believe it but they did it. Those bastard writers and their godlike powers over life and death.
This was an incredible episode. I'm stunned by Alex being sacrificed for the greater story. Ben has become a central character to this entire thing. Who would have thought when we first saw him being captured by Danielle and imprisoned by Locke. Space-time travel. It has to be. One Dharma station contains a portal that allows Ben to travel anywhere with a certain level of randomness. It would explain why Richard hasn't aged also. Poor Alex... |
