First show of the season I told my hub she was preg. They barely showed her from the waist down and she was all poofy. So I wasn't surprised they wrote it
into the show.

I also suspected that Poppy Montgomery was pregnant and them writing it into the show was a smart move since she was getting sort of big. I thought the way
she handled it was very in character b/c unless I am mistaken her Father was absent from the picture and I am assuming that she figured that the Father of her
kid from the ONS would just sign over all rights to her no muss, no fuss and that she was doing him a favor in his eyes.
Surprise..Surprise..it may not work out that way. As for the actual episode...shit on a stick. Now that it's moved back to Thursdays I haven't been watching and just plan to catch it in the repeats when ER isn't new. I used to watch ER and tape WAT when they were both on the same night but WAT has gone down in quality, IMO and interesting cases over the last year so this year, now that it's back on Thursdays, I feel no need to record. ER wasn't on so I watch WAT and damn was that case brutally boring. I had no interest whatsoever in the story, the person missing, the people involved..it was all kind of torcherous. At least the MP turned up dead in the end rather then them finding him at just the right moment. |

It is going to take me a while to get used to agent Spike with an American accent. He seems like a good fit with the group, though.

Soooo....it's back.
Anyone else think it jumped around a bit too much? |

Yeah, it did, and I think this show is losing a lot of steam and interest. They are focusing on too many plotlines at once while still trying to keep the
mantra of the show what it is, a missing persons show. Between Sam's pregnancy, Jack's emotional problems, Elena's (presumably) ongoing single
motherhood issues and this also ongoing human trafficking subplot, it's becoming very bogged down and the shows don't even feel like they're
focusing on missing people anymore. Instead, it just feels like a soap opera. I hope it gets back on track soon.

Hello? Jack was missing for most of the episode.

Yes, but the show isn't about missing FBI agents, it's about missing ordinary people. Also, Jack going off on his own and getting kidnapped was
completely unrealistic, no sane person would ever do that and not tell anyone what was going on.

Sorry, I didn't realize that FBI agents couldn't also go missing.
The idea of a "missing persons" unit of the FBI is also unrealistic (since it doesn't actually exist). |

It was a bit boring. I couldn't stay focused on it and ended up just having it on in the background. I'm not really caring for Jack's shorty
haircut either.

All I'm saying is that it's alright for the show to focus on the lives of its stars, in fact, it should. Obviously we want to be able to connect with them too, but when the focus shifts entirely on their lives and problems, then the original premise of the show is lost. But regardless, next week looks to be a normal case, so I will give it the benefit of the doubt for now. |

Am I the only one that last Thursday's episode was one of the most absurd episodes ever??? The whole plot of the organ donor's family being all
pissed off at the recipient seems pretty far fetched. I would think most families would like to know that the death of their family member helped someone else
out. For as long as I waited for new episodes and this is what we get???? Disappointed:(

I was pretty disappointed with that episode also. I sat there thinking why are they so upset when they donated the heart in the first place ? It made no sense to me. |

Another episode that disappoints. I thought this really sucked. Again.
It's as if the writers went on strike and never came back. It was so predictable and so dumb. Jack stumbling around in some park inhabited by addicts and stoners, flashing his blackberry looking for a 14 year old girl. His scrapes/bruises were so artificial and unrealistic and the whole ripping his IVs out and then wandering around the park, lost and alone was absurd. It was mundane and boring. I sure hope they get their act together and soon because I'm about done with this wreck. |

I'm glad that I had the newest episode on the DVR. That way I could FF though all of the garbage with Jack. To me, he has not been coming across as a hero,
but as an obsessive, immature tool. The writing is just so bad that I really dislike his character now.

Well I thought last episode was great. The Jack part was the most intense for me.

Um guys. The ep with the transplant girl? The parents didn't know that was why she came over until the very very end when she confessed. They were
initially pissed off at her for faking being the reporter and dredging up their family shit, but they never knew she had his heart. As soon as it was known
only the brother got upset. The pop was searching everywhere and the mom was beside herself. She didn't tell them who she was until the last minute. I
thought it was a great episode.

I guess this show isn't holding many people's interest, considering it has been weeks since anyone posted.
I hated the ending. I have no interest in seeing Sam and Jack as a couple ever again. He is way too messed up for it to make any sense. |
