After Natalie searched Jason's bag and found the idol, Amanda and James should have taken in Erik and all 3 go tell Jason what happened. Then the 4 of them secretly agree to vote for Poverty. Jason pretends to be in with Nat still. After votes are cast, Jason plays the H I I. So the vote is : a) Poverty 4 and Jason 4. Poverty leaves. or b) Poverty 4 Jason 3 and 1 vote for someone else in case Jason did in fact play the H I I. Poverty leaves again. Discuss.

But someone already said it - the reason it did not happen is because it's James, Amanda, Erik and Jason we are talking about here (with Amanda being the smartest one of that bunch)........ If it was Jonathan, Yau, and Eliza or Ami - this would have happened for sure....

F4 immunity challenge is often an endurance or balancing challenge, and I think Amanda has as good a shot as any of them in this kind of challenge. Also, say what you want about her, but in general, she's shown she's a pretty good competitor in both physical and mental challenges. In both seasons, it seems like James just gives up as soon as "someone eats the apple..." so I think his strategy-making abilities just shut down... But I'm definitely surprised Amanda didn't think of that.
