My fat brother in law is just like him. He constantly tells my sister that he will divorce her if she ever gets fat, yet he is borderline fat. fuck him I think the fact that so many women are complacent with this sentiment--that only the female in the relationship should worry about her appearance--makes them deserving of this kind of treatment. Many supposedly straight women are perfectly content talking about how they think women are more physically attractive than men, and then laughing at anything that aims to sexually objectify men in the same way as women--such as male strip clubs or Playgirl-type magazines. I think this is why straight men typically hate gay men so much: gay men hold other men to the same standards that straight men hold women to. Either women don't do this to men, or they do but straight men just don't believe it. I don't know if MBP is as much of a douchebag as your brother-in-law when it comes to relationships. But, even if he is, Jen probably deserves it.
