Hello Dr Will Hatch two point oh. This fanfic is based on the original fanfics that I wrote, so I think what Jeff said is accurate for how Aras came across in the Exile Island fanfic. He had some good moments and some bad moments, as Jeff said, and even at the EI Reunion, Aras said that he learned a lot and was ready to play the game again. Jeff Probst: I didn't know what to make of Aras in Exile Island. There were moments where I thought he had no idea what he was doing, and then there were a few times when he came across as slightly intelligent and I thought there might be more going on with him than appeared at first glance. Coming into this game, I think he's wised up and he seems to "get" the game more than he did in Panama. I think that he's coming in with pretty much an automatic alliance with Terry, which should help him out in the first couple days because that's one less alliance member that he has to find. Where that can work against you is if everybody else says "Wait a minute. I didn't come in with a friend on this tribe," and then Aras and Terry are on the chopping block quickly. If Aras wants to have a chance of winning the million dollars, he's gonna have to really step up his game or else he's gonna be gone middle of the show. He has the potential to go far, but I don't know if he will.
Fuck that, Aras knew exactly what he was doing.

I remember that you had your own Vanuatu and Palau planned out... I think Willard won but I can't remember. Anyway, are you going by those stories or the
real seasons in this fanfic? I think you should. And if not, can you just let me know what places Eliza, Ami, and Ian got in your stories anyway. Thx! ^_^

Yes, I had Vanuatu and Palau planned out to a degree but they were nowhere near what I would consider complete stories. It was basically just a boot order and a very rough outline of some events, whereas for all of the seasons from Guatemala to Micronesia, each episode has been planned out in advance with extreme detail. I don't have enough of a full story built for those seasons to be able to go off of them, so I'm going off of the real show for Vanuatu and Palau and I actually think it's a good way to blur the line between my seasons and the real seasons. As for Vanuatu, Eliza was the winner of my Vanuatu story. She was up against Brady in the Final Two, but that doesn't mean that she will win Micronesia or even necessarily go far. I used some aspects of her character in Candice in All-Stars. Ami was voted out around the early jury; I don't even remember exactly what place and I would have to look through a ton of papers to find my notes for that season. For Palau, Willard was the winner as you said, and Bobby Jon was 2nd place and Stephenie third, which was interesting for them returning in Guatemala because it still could have worked given what happened in my fanfic. Again, I'm not sure exactly what place Ian came in, but he made it to the merge and was Final 7ish. I know that it was all young people and Willard left at the end (BJ, Steph, Kim Mullen, Angie, Gregg, and Ian). Tom, Jolanda, and Jeff also were voted out around the merge time for being strong threats, so that would put Ian in the Final 7. I hope that answers your question, and once again I'm sorry about not calling Natalie "Clementine." |

I was cautious about putting up the challenge tracker because I thought it might reveal some things that go on in the season, but I will answer some of that in your question. Thanks for doing the Popularity Poll, and for summarizing Jeff's predictions of who will go early and far. I hoped someone would do that. I didn't pick a certain number of his predictions to be right or wrong or anything like that. I tried to give an honest assessment of how well each person might do, and then in the Press Conference, you'll be able to see if some of Jeff's opinions on the players change. Interesting to see what actually happens. As for the video interviews, I hope the first episode really isn't about the whole Dave vs. Sherea thing. And hopefully the Earl/Brooke/Ian alliance will come true, because that would be truly awesome.Dave and Sherea will inevitably be a part of the episode, but I've got 21 pages of it done (I'll probably have it done tonight or tomorrow) and they're not the major focus of every scene with the Favorites. I really like the premiere so far. Compared to China's, which was uneventful, this one has a lot of action going on at both tribes. I've had to cut a lot of stuff out of it, unfortunately, and some of it will be moved to Episode 2, but I think the premiere is coming along very well. Thanks again for your comments! :) |

Episode 1 is very close to being finished - it is at 25 pages right now, and this season is going to have a first for my stories: I will be posting a Secret
Scene at the end of Episode 1 since it's important to the story but it won't be included in the actual episode, so please make sure you scroll down to
the last page to read this scene. I'm not sure if every episode will have a Secret Scene or just a few/the premiere.
