They showed them listening as Tom explained why he through the brick through the window. They scampered away at the end of the conversation when Tom was being
sentimental and explaining to Lynette his feelings. I think this will cause an interesting conversation where Tom will "have" to confess to the brick
and Rick will probably milk it for what it's worth because he did not "win" Lynette.

I also thought maybe Rick did it, to frame Tom, I doubt Tom did it. |

Can I say that I hate Rick? |

^^
No you may not. He's too hott to be hated! Rick >>> every other guy on the show *swoons* I loved last night's episode. One of the ways I gauge an episode's entertainment value is by how quickly time goes by. Episodes that aren't all that entertaining/interesting seem to make time drag (like last week's episode). Fantastic episodes seem to be over in the blink of an eye (think season 2, the episode where Bree "catches" Andrew & Peter in bed together...well, Peter was looking for his clothes as Bree walked in). Yeah. Last night's flew by pretty quickly. Loved the Lynette, Rick, Tom storyline. Gabby's wasn't bad. They showed both sides of how Carlos' blindness will affect (or is it effect) them for their rest of their lives together. Very touching, IMO. Unlike some of the folks that post here, I still have a heart. :-o Oh, and that argument with the wheelchair guys...too funny. Susan...didn't do much this episode. I like that. Bree & Kat. Oh...how delicious. Loved it all, especially the bonding moment at the end where Bree confessed that she didn't know how to be friends with someone like her(self). Love those heartfelt housewives' interactions. Last week it was Bree & Lynette. This week Bree & Kat. Bree <3 Oh, and Orson nakedness...that's just the cherry on top of the whipped cream of this sublime sundae of an episode. Did I mention that Rick is hott!? I'd totally be his b*tch. I'd do anything he asked me to. ANYTHING. Lynette's one lucky b*tch! To have 2 hotties like that fighting over her. Mmm mmm mmm. |

Btw...did anyone notice what Orson said last week?
I think he said it in passing to Susan's nephew. Something about raising Benjamin Hodge properly because they were trying to fight the "Van De Kamp DNA". Was that a writer's mistake? Or was that an intentional (on the writer's part) slip up? Might this slip up come back later to haunt Bree & Orson as the true identity of the baby's mother is revealed? |

Hot wheelchair guy #1 graduated from my university. His address is in the alumni directory. Anyone want it?
Just kidding. I won't give it out. But it is there. BTW, I'm thinking maybe Tom takes the rap for the kids. |

Surge22 wrote: I took that to mean that Orson did not want his son to end up like Bree's other two kids. I don't think Susan (and/or nephew) are bright enough to put two and two together about Benjamin being a true "Van De Camp" spawn. She will probably just assume he meant that Bree is neurotic and crazy and that'll seep into the kid's mental state. |

^ Yeah, he was just referring to Bree's 50% Van de Kamp contribution to Benjamin's being (well, if they were the real parents). It's funny thinking that Bree is actually related to Edie in some odd way. And last night's episode wasn't bad. I didn't like the return of the Rick storyline; Gabby/ Carlos was okay, but a little off; Susan/ Orson and Mike was good stuff; Bree/ Katherine was brilliance. I thought that last night was also the beginning of making Katherine a regular housewife. I know that it's been said she's returning for awhile now, but we're finally seeing them turn her from villain to normal housewife. Pity that Betty couldn't have had the same treatment. |

Yeah I liked Betty. She and Bre also had a great chemistry. The writers certainly learned their lessons from her though.

Regarding the fire.

Oh great. So it will be a mystery who started the fire and everyone will be a suspect.
Was it Edie's legs rubbing like a cricket with some anonymous alley stranger? Was it Susan who threw out her latest casserole that was too overdone and still smoking? Was it Ida Greenberg's cat that finally fell out of the tornado, and dropped on a power line? |

Edie's nephew is "the baby daddy" of Bree's kid.
