Sharon has nothing to gain with voting Sheila off the block. Of the four left, Sheila is the absolute worst at winning comps. If Ryan took Sharon down and
she voted out Adam, what's Ryan going to do about it? Nothing. Ohhhh.... he'll get mad. Big deal. Sharon only needs one vote of the others to win.
Nat was pissed at the boys, and Sharon is a fellow bible bitch, so it could be a vote for her right there.
Sharon knows the other three are a troupe, and regardless of what deals she's made in the last couple weeks, their alliances aren't going to be so easy to crack, especially when there aren't any nefarious scandals going on between them to exploit. For her to have a shot at winning, she needs either Ryan or Sheila. Preferably Ryan. She isn't playing for Rhino to win, she's playing for herself. Adam and her may have bonded a bit over the Jacob thing, but at this endgame, Adam's likeability is just not an advantage for her. Nor is the obvious Bros alliance that the boys have been advertising outright the last couple weeks, and especially last few days, since Nat's ouster.
There is simply nothing Ryan can guarantee Sharon at this point to have her vote out Sheila and keep Adam. He has no control over Adam in the remaining challenges, as it's then every (wo)man for themselves. She needs to split the boys up if she wants to win, let alone make F2. She'd have to face one of them in the F3/F2 challenges, after all. I'd prefer to go up against Sheila myself, in one of them. She'd then go at the final eviction ceremony.
Sharon would not keep Adam. It makes no strategic sense. Plus, Adam seems smart enough to vote for the winner based on gameplay, not who he likes most. Sharon not knowing his and Ryan's little deals would enable her to believe she would have his vote in the end over Sheila or Ryan. Then again, she probably only needs one. Matt/Nat/Adam/Sheila/Ryan. I'm sure she'd get at least one of those. She can afford to piss Ryan off, I think.
