They haven't played Veto yet and it really didn't matter who he put on the block because the veto winner will be the evict-er. I don't understand (and I don't guess I ever have) where all this hate has came from for Sheila.

Posts: 7519 (04/18/08 9:09 AM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	christy, there are times i don't hate sheila. but when she cranks it to full whining gear, who could NOT hate her? she talks in an endless loop of all the abuse she's suffered in there---worse than anyone in the history of the game, according to her. she never met a grudge she didn't hold. last night we were all the way back to her fucking yeast infection and how natalie (she thought) spread that all over the house. she never forgets a slight. she says this is 'the hardest thing i've ever done in my life.' really? most of us have had real tragedy in our lives. tragedy and grief are 'hard.' it just sounds ridiculous when she says shit like that and she says it 500 times a day. she acts like adam owes her this game. she actually wants him to play this for HER to win, it seems---even after all the awful shit she's said to him and continues to say. she's just silly, petty and selfish. i can live with her being in F2, if that happens, i guess. i did appreciate her getting rid of natalie. but she really is an irritating, obnoxious woman, IMO.

It's just interesting to watch how everything turns out. (I can think of few people I know who would consistently give off a positive aura under those 24/7 conditions.) I enjoy reading this thread as much as I like watching the show, though!

But then for Adam to choose Ryan over her would be absolutely the best fuck over I can imagine in this game........I'm really torn.......

I also agree with this. If Sheila would just STFU once in awhile (the clips of her in the DR aren't bad) I wouldn't really despise her. She just has such a sense of entitlement that drives me crazy. It's just my personal opinion, though...I hate that style of game-play (I like the balls-out type). It's just too easy (for some) to lay low, let the others do all the dirty-work, and float to the end. If she at least acted manipulative in the DR, I would give her props (even though I can't stand the sight or sound of her).

I think she is definately a behind the scenes player, you know, talking to people and saying the right thing at the right time. I think thats a smart way to play.

She reminds me of Dani from Survivor. She seemed to be a floater, but she survived her alliance's dismantling and made deals with the right folks at the right time without really getting dirt on her hands. After surviving being the block that many times, I can't discount her game that much. if she manages to weasel her way between Adam and Ryan, she deserves to be in the finals. eta: What's always bugged me the most is that she volunteered to go on the block. I think anyone that does that should be voted off, so I had a hard time acknowledging her game play. Once I get pass my bias based on that turn of events, I can see it a little bit. She won HOH when she was paired with Josh so it's not like she's gone the entire game without winning anything and to be fair if the last question hadn't been rigged Sharon would be HOH right now...fucking guiena pigs? please Sharon has been very smart to stay above the fray in a house full of fucking whacked out douchebags IMO. She's just sits back and observes and then uses it to her advantage later. She's been nominated now 6 times and she'll likely survive this nomination too. That's a brilliant game IMO. She's playing a very good social game, much like Dr. Will did...and for the person who said they wanted her to admit to being manipulative in the DR what about her play of Matt or her complete dislike of TC? She knew matt was jerking her around yet she let him believe he had her right where he wanted her...she hated Nat and TC yet they never knew that because she was manipulating them into believing she was with them....she's not made any enemies in the house.... I can't think of one person in that house who has disliked her.....and in a game that calls for social grace as much as competition skill I'd say Sharon has played the best game I've ever seen.

ETA: i see NO comparisons between her and will. puh-leeze. will was charming--sharon is not charming. i would never utter their names in the same breath, even if she wins the game. I don't watch that but aren't they people who have had really horrible things happen to them? Shelia was like. "I don't even have a house" She is just unbelievable sometimes.
