These video's are great! Wonder if it's due to the MB Ozzy love that has created them this season... Either way it's a good thing. Ozzy's
day after video was fantastic. He sees his mistakes, owns them, and talks about his Survivor as a religion experience. He also talks about Amanda--Awwww.

awe... Ozzy was ready for the sea snake to really seal his fate
These Ponderosa vids are the shiznit! Thanks so much to conshobhar and Jacare15 for sharing the link. It was some closure for me as an Ozzy fan and does make me feel better about how amazed/disappointed I was at what it seemed like he had became. I almost thought the star power from his first Survivor run had changed him too much. Fuck - seeing them dressed and hopping in the truck to go to the next tribal makes me ready to watch another episode NOW! Dammit!!!

Glad you like the videos. Shame so difficult to play...

I'm really glad you all like the videos so much. I thought Eliza's were JUST GREAT! Last week, but I had to go to two different public library's to
get them to play, but they made me absolutely totally adore her(not an Eliza FAN before). So I guess I'm heading out to the library today.

I can't believe he didn't bring the HII with him? That was stupid.
Everyone calling Ozzy a sore loser is funny. I mean he was a sore loser but I'm pretty sure most of you would be too (I would be). How is he supposed to feel about being back stabbed/blindsided? |

I'm so glad that they finally decided to show us these videos!! I've always wondered what exactly goes on at the Jury lodge each season.

Here are the transcripts. I just realized I totally missed one of the videos from last week, when Eliza got there. No wonder I was so confused about the first
scene being here getting out of a tent.
Ponderosa Jury Member #2 Arrives The second member of the jury is not happy to be there at all. (replay of Ozzy being voted out, then we see Ozzy leaving Tribal)Ozzy (solo): I should have known better. I should have played the idol just to be safe. You never know. Even if I hadn't been right on, it would have been worth it. (Ozzy leaves, then we see him putting on a cloak, flipping off the camera, and getting into the van) What an idiot I am. There was a definitive moment where I stood right in front of the hiding place and I was like, "I really should probably grab this right now, but all my people are cool, so there's no point. I'm not gonna play it." I chose not to listen to my gut. My gut was telling me there was a reason why I stopped. I was like, "Should I grab it?" Totally tricked. Totally flabbergasted. Totally blindsided. Can't even believe it. But that's the way Survivor goes. I should have known better. I've definitely been part in a few blindsides myself; I guess it's mark back to bite me in the ass. (Ozzy gets out of the van and takes off the cloak, then he walks down the beach) Ozzy: (singing) Oh, I fucking hate myself, yippee...yippee...(to Eliza) I didn't bring the idol. I thought we were cool. (Eliza hugs him and says how sorry he is) Eliza (solo): I'm sure back at Dabu beach, things are crazy right now and I'm sure they have been since Tribal Council. I'm sure there were **!#@, accusations, yelling... Eliza: Who screwed you? Ozzy: Probably Cirie. Eliza: It has to be Cirie. Amanda looked like she was about to cry. Eliza (solo): I can't imagine how angry Amanda and James must be at the other members of their alliance for turning on them and turning on Ozzy. Ozzy: I can't believe I didn't bring the Idol. I'm such an idiot! I'm such an idiot! Eliza: Would you have played it if you'd brought it? Ozzy: Yeah. Eliza: You would have played it? Ozzy: Yeah. Eliza (solo): Wow. Ozzy (solo, with a beer in his hand): I'm just disappointed with myself for trusting people I should have known better than to trust. Got too comfortable and that's what killed me. (Ozzy asks Eliza where the beer is, and Eliza says she'll show him around) Eliza (solo): Almost all alliances have seemingly gone out the window at this point. There's nothing that can really be predicted about what's gonna happen next. (Eliza introduces him to the two women who work there) Ozzy (solo): You invest so much time and energy in something, and then it blows up, it ends up, you make a stupid mistake, it blows up in your face, and all you can do is blame yourself. I just wanted to rip something up or punch something. Eliza (solo): There are four fans, four favorites, not that that seems to matter at this point. Thing are definitely crazy and up in the air right now. Ozzy (solo): I'm gonna have to wait until the next person is voted out to get the whole story, to find out who to hate, who to place as the scapegoat. Maybe draw some pictures of all the people I think screwed me, and throw rocks at 'em. Eliza (talking to the camera while eating from her plate): I think he's in a surprisingly good mood, considering. I was worried about him being really upset and angry. I think he's taking it really well. Ozzy (solo, interspersed with clips of him eating and drinking): So far I've had a coke, two packs of M&Ms, as soon as I got to Ponderosa I drank a beer, two drinks with cranberry, a burrito, Pringles, I made a pizza, I had some rice. I think that's all I've eaten and drank so far, but there's always room for dessert) (obligatory shot of grooming products as Eliza shows him the shower) Ozzy (solo): I mean hey, I guess I gotta get past this thing and let it go whatever way I can. I don't know what that is yet. (Ozzy yells in the kitchen about not bringing the idol) Life at Ponderosa The sequestered jury members go for a snorkel and discover a deadly visitor at camp. Ozzy (solo): My first full day at Ponderosa I pretty much spent reflecting. I went out and surfed three times. The break out here is pretty nice. Watched a lot of movies, played video games, and ate. (Ozzy says he's going to get another beer, and then Eliza gives him some chocolate that was just delivered) I'm surprised how much worse I feel eating all the time. I don't feel better, I just feel full, and lethargic, and my ankles are starting to get swollen, which is the common syndrome with castaways once you've been voted off and start eating and binging a little bit. Eliza: I've gained seven pounds.Eliza (solo): I walked Ozzy over to where we retrieve treemail here at Pondrosa. Ozzy: At high noon, be ready to leave for an adventure under the sea. Ozzy (solo): I'm pretty stoked on that. Get to go snorkeling with an actual snorkel. Out on the island we didn't have an actual snorkel, we just had a mask. (shots of Ozzy and Eliza snorkeling) Eliza (solo): The water here is simply gorgeous. Ozzy (solo): It was cool to be here and out of the Survivor situation and not be like looking for food, just enjoying the reef. Eliza (solo): There was a lot of coral. There were fish. Small fish, big fish, rainbow-colored fish. Ozzy (solo): I was swimming around, enjoying myself. I found a couple of giant clams as well. Eliza (climbing back onto the boat): Ozzy got a clam. (Ozzy and Eliza carry the clams back to camp; Ozzy says one weighs 25 pounds) Ozzy (puts his clam back in the ocean): As long as they're in water, they'll continue living. Eliza (solo): Last night, we had a cookout on the beach. Ozzy and I got to grill our own steak. There was a snake right by us. (Ozzy says it's a sea sake) I was a little nervous so I stayed back. Ozzy (solo): I always wanted to see a snake on Survivor, I just never actually found one. (Eliza tells Ozzy not to touch it, as he pets the snake) Eliza (solo): The snake was headed into camp Ozzy (holding the snake): This is one of the most poisonous snakes in the world, and it's in camp right now. Everybody's a little bit scared of him, so I'm just gonna go take him to the ocean. This is a sea snake. If he bites me, I am dead. (Ozzy puts the snake into the ocean) Ready for Tribal Tribal council is the only chance the jury has to get updates in the game, they plan to pay attention. Eliza (solo): As a jury member, the only opportunity we have to get our updates on what's been going on at camp and challenges and everything is Tribal Council. (Eliza reads the treemail: A third will join your duet, take the path to Tribal at sunset) Tribal Council's really a crucial time for me to pay attention and see what's going on and see how people answer things and subsequently see how they vote to kind of weigh whether they're playing the game honestly and what their strategy is to ultimately determine whether I'm gonna vote for them.Ozzy (solo): Since I was voted out, there's definitely gonna be a structural change and an alliance shift. I'm not sure how it's gonna work and who it's gonna work out for. The only thing I can hope is the people I was cool with, I hope at least one of them can make it to the end. (Ozzy and Eliza eat and watch something on TV) Eliza (solo): I think Ozzy and I are both extremely curious as to what went down last week. Ozzy (solo): I wouldn't mind having one of my friends vote off, but that's totally selfish. I'd rather have them go as far as possible in the game. Eliza: At Tribal Council, they were trying to mouth to me, "Have you been eating? What have you been eating? Have you gotten this? Have you gotten that?" I just kind of smiled. I didn't want to be too much of a jerk, but...(drops some shredded cheese into her mouth, then smirks) Eliza (solo): It's tough at Tribal Council to have to sit there on the jury and be completely silent. My solace is that someone will be voted off and I can be like, (talks very fast) "So what really happened? What was the challenge? Why was Cirie on Exile for 2 days? Blahblahblah..." and ask them my fill of questions. I know even if it doesn't get asked at Tribal Council, I will get to find out the answer. (Ozzy shown with the grooming products) Ozzy (solo): All these questions will be answered, I'm sure. If not at Tribal Council, then when we make it back here with the next person who's voted off. I think they'll be able to give me a lowdown on what they think might have happened. (Ozzy and Eliza get into the van to go to Tribal Council) |

Great jury house videos! They should have done them a long time ago but it's okay. I bit heavy with the product placement but at least allows us to see
what's going on and what they're thinking.
Feel the rain on your skin No one else can feel it for you Only you can let it in No one else, no one else Can speak the words on your lips Drench yourself in words unspoken Live your life with arms wide open Today is where your book begins The rest is still unwritten... |

Eliza (solo): I can't imagine how angry Amanda and James must be at the other members of their alliance for turning on them and turning on Ozzy. I have been staying out of the spoilers ... so far ... but ended up here tonight by accident on the drop down. Sooo I thought I would read this one thread. Sooo, I have no idea what happens ... that being said. I don't know how Amanda can be hollier than thou on this one. They did the same thing to James last season. |

Basically taking into account his "Mutineers are the first to die" attitude in Cook Islands I think we can be sure that he doesn't vote for Parvati and would not be against voting for Cirie. |

So since Ozzy left the idol back at camp does that mean it's up for grabs? |

Yes! Now EVERYONE wants to be sent to Exile Island!

Yes, the HII, probably a new one, will be re-hidden. They may never find Ozzy's LOLOL...
So the winner of the RC gets to chose who's going to EI, and if Jason wins AGAIN, he may choose Cirie to go there...He feels allied with her now, and now that I've seen Eric's comments about his as he was about to vote him out (they're on the SEEBS website and also transcribed by J.Barber ^ above), my guess is he isn't doing any of the other males there a favor...In his intro video, Jason claims to be "all about the ladies" or something asshol-ish like that, and it's interesting that NONE of them are interested in HIM! Or does that make them all paragons of good sense and taste? |

LOVED THE PONDEROSA VIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They should have done one every season, every episode

I agree with everyone that the Ponderosa vids are great. I wonder if they could try a few other things: for example, this year on Celebrity Apprentice they allowed the people who were immune from elimination to watch the boardroom proceedings on closed-circuit. I wonder if -at least once - they would allow the jury to watch Tribal Council on a closed-circuit feed back at the Ponderosa - and film them watching it. That way they wouldn't have to be silent. The commentary could be priceless. Or in the alternative, replay TC for them at the Ponderosa and film them making comments on it. IOW, what I want is for the bootees to provide a commentary track over the episode footage, the way we see it on a DVD. |
